I picked up a spaghetti pie and apple crisp for dinner, for my daughter me. As soon as I got home, I put the pie and crisp in the oven, and in 35 short minutes, we were enjoying probably the best spaghetti we’ve ever had! With a salad on the side, and the delicious apple crisp for dessert, this makes THEE most perfect meal! Thanks, Joanne!

Not too bad. It’s not a foodie destination, but we are the perfect demographic for them: busy family, not a ton of time to cook and the wife has errands in the area sometimes. Brunswick stew is probably the best thing. Not bad, not great.

I went today and bought for takeout lunch the chicken dumplings plate that came with a great salad and a delicious cookie. I also tried their Brunswick Stew and it was also good. I bought the chili and pot roast but I have not tried them yet. I think we need more type of these places where we can buy food for a family that is not all made from pre-packaged ingredients. They have food in a fridge so when you are in a hurry like most of are most of the time we can pick up several choices fast. They change their menu every month. Very attentive service.

I stopped in here one day because I needed a quick dinner for the family, and I drive by Mom’s Table all the time but have never stopped. The sign boasting their spaghetti pie intrigued me, so I went in. The prices were a little high, but I was hoping for the«good ol’ mom» food that everyone in my house loves and I don’t cook well! I was disappointed to see all of their fare was in a fridge, packaged. There was no smell of food cooking, so I don’t know when or where the food was prepped. My toddler started acting up so I bought a few things, crossed my fingers and headed home. It tasted like reheated leftovers, because thats what it was. We had the meat loaf, spaghetti pie, cheddar biscuits, and mashed potatoes. It honestly tasted like something I pulled out of my fridge, which means it was mediocre at best because I am not such a great chef. The meatloaf was bland just«missing something» with an odd texture. The spaghetti pie is spaghetti smushed into a pie tin. We were very disappointed with the taste and overall quality. I’ll also add that we tried the Moms’ Luncheonette down the street, thinking maybe we hit the Table on a bad day or something. Unfortunately it was the same thing! A cute little hole in the wall place with a limited menu(not a problem if the items taste good), but there was NO smell of food cooking! I’m sure they reheated everything just like I did with the Mom’s Table food. It was unimpressive and nothing to write home about. We will not be going back.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience here. My daughter and I visited after a trip to the dentist. We were extremely hungry because it was an early appointment, and we’d skipped breakfast in order to make it. We decided to drive around to look for a fun, new place to eat and saw Mom’s Table. The pies in the window intrigued us, so we decided to stop. I was disappointed to discover that it has a refrigerator with prepared foods. The place is odd. Two rooms decorated in 1950’s kitsch, but they really aren’t rooms for dining — more like a museum or something. Also, there’s no smell of food cooking. Since we were so hungry, I grabbed a bag of cheese biscuits. We went to the car, and I immediately opened the package, and inside I discovered moldy biscuits. I was so disappointed. I thought I was buying something that had been made earlier that day(it was around 10:30 am). I returned them, and the girl refunded my money, but she didn’t seem to believe me, even after I showed her the moldy bits. For a first time visit, this was a rude awakening. Sorry to say, I won’t be returning because I just can’t trust the freshness of the place.
