Great place! I have been using this place for 18 months now. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended, especially if, like me, you don’t know the first thing about pools!

The ineptitude of the staff at this place is unreal.
We brought in our broken robotic pool cleaner for a diagnostic. 3 phone calls and over a week later someone finally found the the time to look at it. Told us what part it needed and ordered it, «from France». Follow up inquiry phone calls over the next two weeks, and the part was «on the way»…“any day now”. Then at last, 3^rd inquiry phone call close to 3weeks later, we were told, someone accidentally canceled the order, no part was forthcoming. So, we had been without our pool cleaner for a month and had gotten nowhere; we decided to pick it up and start over. Got the cleaner home only to find the cleaner basket inside was missing! Called to ask where it was, and were told it got thrown away! They remembered seeing the basket in the back but didn’t know where it came from, so pitched it! So… you saw a Polaris cleaning basket and you didn’t think, gee where could that have come from, maybe the Polaris cleaner that those people just picked up”??
BTW, Leslie’s price on the part we needed was about $ 200 higher than the best internet price, by far the highest. As much as they mark up their products you would think they could afford to pay more capable store workers.
