I don’t think I’ve used any other cleaner. Always friendly, efficient, and I’ve never had something take longer than promised — including dry cleaning and alterations. Not sure what happened to the reviewer who got the runaround about the shirt price. Perhaps you should have talked to the lady who took your shirts. I think she’s not «just» his employee — she’s been there as long as I can remember!
Anyhow, don’t take that one review as an indication of their service or work. The only issue I had was with a cheap prom dress where several do-​dads (beads or whatever) were missing when we picked up the dress, and the lady said that she thought they had been missing prior to drop-​off. It could be they lost a couple, but it was not a very high quality dress to begin with.
Other than that, I don’t recall ever being dissatisfied. Give them a try!

Just moved to the area & dropped off some shirts to be washed & pressed, the lady behind the counter said it would be $ 1.65, which seemed reasonable since I paid $ 1.80 per shirt at my old cleaners in Sandy Springs. However the next week when I went back again, the owner insisted they would be $ 4.45 EACH, I was shocked & said, but they were $ 1.60 last week? He said, «she’s just my employee, I’m the owner and that’s the correct price!!» I was astounded and after trying to reason with him to no avail, I went down the street to another cleaners in the Kroger shopping centre (beside the frozen yoghurt place) and they charge $ 1.80 per shirt! Could NOT recommend Kay Cleaners to ANYONE after the way they treated me! Awful customer service and no explanation.
