Worst company with the worst customer service!!!
I called to get information on hours of operation since it was not located on the website. A man answered the line with a very rude «Hello». I had to ask him if the number I called was a place of business. I asked if they sold hardood floors. He told me no and hung up on me.
Before leaving this review, I attempted to call back to speak with the owner. The same man answered (his name is Nicolai) and told me the owner was not there.
I need to purchase over 3,000 square feet of hardwood floors (not engineered, actual harwood), which equates to over $ 15k including installation. I’m glad it was only a minute that I spent dealing with this company.
Do yourself a favor and pass on Hardwood Floors Center. There are many more reputable companies in the area with great customer service that appreciate your business.
