These guys continue to provide top notch service. Went in today because I thought I had an issue with the bottom bracket. It was rumbling like there was an issue with the bearings. They put it right on the service stand and went to work. They worked on it for 30 minutes or so… pulling the bottom bracket and putting it back on… removing the rear derailer… replaced the hanger… replaced one of the spindles… cleaned and lubricated… test road it… offered me a beverage…
Then they only charged me $ 25. What?! When I said «That can’t be right» Shawn looked at me like I was complaining for half a second. My point was that it didn’t seem like enough cheese for all the work that they did.
Got to watch some college football too! Beats every other bike store in my book. Pros for sure.

Was shopping for an upgrade to my ancient MTB. Shopped all the local bike shops. This one was the best for me. Great location. Nice casual friendly vibe. Cool brands you don’t see everyday. They educated me about the available technology for different price points with no pressure. Checked for proper frame size. Decided on the bike I wanted and they built it up for me same day. Even let me pick it up and ride it home after hours. Look forward to getting my Rocky Mountain Trailhead 29er serviced at Fresh in the future with the included 2 year service plan.

Easily the best bike service I’ve ever had. They do what they say, explain everything clearly as to what you do or do not need and make you feel welcome. They will answer the most difficult or simple questions without the typical sales pitch or aloof attitude you get at other shops.
The best part about Fresh is that they are really focused on getting people to RIDE BIKES. Not just sell you gear, but they want more butts on seats and wheels on the ground. That’s not something every bike retailer is concerned with.

The best shop around bar none! Shawn and the Fresh staff are a friendly and knowledgeable staff. When they do service work on your bike they don’t just fix it they take care of it, you can tell it’s not just a job but their passion. The shop is well outfitted with bikes and gear. They preform shock and fork rebuilds in house, which cuts way down on the down time. Most importantly you just can’t beat the service.

Since my last review my family all have a bike from Fresh and have taken advantage of the great service. I purchased a Rocky Mountain from Fresh last December. Shawn takes great care of my ride which I affectionately call Soul Train. I have a tendency to fall and bang up myself and my bike. I bring my bike in and Shawn’s goal is always about helping his customers get back on the trails. Great team at Fresh who always make you feel welcome and most importantly know what they are doing. Always feel like my family and our bikes are well taken care of at Fresh. Expertise with a community focus.

Shawn was a Yeti assembly guy in Colorado and came to our town bringing high end MTBs to Roswell. Adjacent to Big Creek trails. Does Fox rebuilds and fit dampeners. Only one around. Nice guy to boot. Highly recommended.
