If you’re looking to do a rental home, kitchen floor or your Do It Yourself laundry room go ahead and buy from here… My experience is this…90% of what they have is 2ND’S TILE!!! Being in the tile business for over 20 years I have dealt with this company for at least 15… I have had customers that absolutely have to go there and trust me from an installer aspect it’s all off size tile… there’s a reason why its cheaper… You have to realize no company in their right mind is going to buy tile at first quality high price and then sit on it and hope they sell it… however they will buy seconds or obsolete tile that may be off size by 1/16−1/8^th still look good and quality good but just off size it is a nightmare to install!!! I have to talk to customers till I’m blue in the face and I tell them immediately if you’re buying from floor/​décor, I’m not your guy.

I rate this store less than average. I placed an order before they opened and never got email notification that my order was ready to pick up within that same day.
I went to the store and picked up my tile the same day.
While in the store I needed help with the grout and had to hunt someone down. I finally got my tile order loaded and left.

Terrible service if anyone even helps. Our bamboo (same lot) was so many different shades and some boards were striped and our installer never said a word. We have a new living room floor that looks terrible. Heartbroken.

Had a top notch experience here with the saleswoman named Melvina. She was extremely helpful and didn’t mind walking around the store with me while I got ideas for my townhome and also contributed to my great experience by making suggestions along the way.

I live in Asheville, NC and I am redoing a master bath. When my daughter who lives in Atlanta saw what I selected in NC and how much I was paying, she said” Mom, come to Floor and Décor in Alpharetta”. They had helped her redo her bath! It was worth the drive. Ewing helped me pick out samples of everything, wrote down all the SKU numbers, patiently explained what I would need. A tile installer overheard our conversation and helped as well, as he had used a tile I was considering for the floor. The check out girl was patient with the process of going through all the samples. Now I will recommend this helpful place to everyone. Definitely worth the drive. Thank you especially to Ewing.

If you are a DIYer like me — and you just happen to be looking at flooring, upon entry of this place and its expanse, just be prepared to pass out. After you are revived, you’ll probably spend about 3 – 4 hours in this place, especially if you don’t have an exact idea that you have in mind for your DIY project. If you are married, plan for marital couseling for after your visit. I have seen too many a couple that I think divorced upon exiting this establishment — there’s a LOT to consider here.
Dozen sizes and styles of travertine alone? Slate? Glass? Those cool new wood tiles you are starting to see all over? Wood flooring? Schluter systems supplies? Yep, got it all, tile saws, adhesiv… trowe…ok seriously I’d be here all day even if I abbreviated everything they have. It’s got to be the largest flooring place I’ve ever been to.
Pricing is really good to fairly aggressive, they have everything from your basic tiles starting at some dimes a tile up to your exotics, so don’t let the name «Outlet» throw you because they are well stocked on everything as well and carry product lines just like a regular retail store.
The only reason this doesn’t get a 5 is exactly that, it’s not really an outlet with rock bottom prices (again, good to fair prices) so if you are looking to pay pennies on the dollar, this may not be your place, but if you are concerned with selection while being budget minded this is definately your place.
