Terrible customer service! I had forgotten my keys with my SalonCentric keychain card but have been using Redken for years and thought it wouldn’t be a problem– I was wrong. The sales associate was unhelpful, snippy and unwilling to make any effort to make the sale possible. As a hairstylist, I know that the way you interact with customers is the foundation of your financial stability– if that is the case, this store has no hope! I happily drove to Cosmoprof instead where I was treated with respect and professionalism, not to mention great knowledge and curtosy. Word to the wise– don’t go to SalonCentric in Roswell if you expect to be treated with respect or even get a smile from the sales associate!
