Terrible customer service. I have never dealt with a company and representatives so unprofessional!
Throughout the course of business, there were multiple issues with billing, collections, repairs as well as many unresolved problems with the representatives and myself as well as the tenant.
If you are looking for a reliable, responsible and trustworthy management company — this is NOT IT. Unfortunately, I was happy to pay out of my contract and take my business elsewhere. Beware!
