Excellent service! Carson came out at the exact appointment time. He was very thorough and to the point with his findings. Pre-​inspected chimney to determine if sweep was even necessary before performing/​charging. No pressure for up-​sales and left a quote for additional recommendations. Small cracks on the heat shield were patched at no charge. Professional and honest. Definitely recommend!

Dan came by today. Didn’t even charge me for a visit. He said everything looked good and he’s coming back next week to install a gas starter for me for real wood. I was pleased even though he was very late due to a computer glitch in their system. Jennifer offered $ 15 off a sweep but it didn’t need that.

We had purchased a gas fireplace set online and needed someone to install them. Several places wouldn’t do an install unless we had purchased the set from them. After reading the great reviews for Advanced Chimney Sweeps on Unilocal,I contacted them. This company did a fantastic job from the initial call to completion! I even purchased a couple of Peterson accessories from them which were priced even better than online! Dan and Caleb were on time and very professional! The inspection, cleaning, and install were very reasonable. We saved several hundred dollars by buying the exact same Peterson set online and having it installed rather than purchasing the set at well known fireplace store. I strongly recommend Advanced Chimney Sweeps!

From the onset I got the impression of great service, professionalism, and like they are very knowledgeable. Carson was our technician, he did an awesome job, was super pleasant to talk to, and even showed me what to look for when I asked a bunch of questions.

As a Real Estate Mogul I was in need of a Chimney Sweep to get a flue approved by the city, and after calling around a couple of places and promised appointments sometimes next month I found Advanced Chimney Sweep.
What I found was a professional and courteous technician who was able to come out the same day, at a reasonable price.
In my business it is unfortunate you don’t meet a lot of hardworking and honest contractors so when you do you want to keep them to yourself so that no one gets them, but I think it is only fair to let others know what a great job they do.

I had purchased a set of gas logs online and needed to get them installed. A few places I called were too busy or wouldn’t install gas logs unless they were purchased from them. Advanced Chimney Sweeps do install gas logs that you have already purchased. I got an appointment set up for just a few days after I called. The appointment wasn’t your usual time window, it was 1:15 pm on Monday. The person on the phone was nice and helpful and even told me exactly how much it would cost. Dan Groves from Advanced Chimney Sweeps showed up right on time and was courteous and very professional. The gas logs were installed in less than an hour and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Advanced Chimney Sweeps for any work on a fireplace or chimney!

I had bought the $ 99 Kudzu special and wasn’t sure what to expect but at the very least I’d get my chimney cleaned.
I was very pleasantly surprised. The service technician was about 10 minutes early for the 9:30a appointment. The technician was really nice, explained what was going on and what they are going to do. He was very thorough cleaning it and inspecting it from the inside and the outside.
He did recommend some painting and caulking of the rain pan, but instead of pressuring me to have them do it right then, he gave me a price and also stated I could have a handy man do it as well.
They finished in less than an hour and the house was spotless when they left.
Will use again with or without the Kudzu deal.

I needed what turned out to be a minor chimney repair. Had one terrible company come out and clean and inspect and could not tell what my problem was for less than $ 200 to go up to look the top of the chimney (Groupon deal not rated on Unilocal,I should have suspected). So much for the inspection I paid for. I called 2 other companies and they never returned my calls. Found Advanced web site and e-​mailed with what I needed. I was contacted very promptly and they were very nice. I was given 3 options for an appointment within the next week (including Saturday which I usually have to beg for with service companies) for them to come and look and give me an estimate at no charge. I made the appointment and they showed earlier than promised for the appointment and were more than fair on the price and my chimney is now fixed.
I now feel lucky the others didn’t call back, I don’t think any could compare to the excellent service and fair price I received from Advanced, outstanding customer service is hard to come by these days I highly recommend them.

I bought the $ 99 Kudzu special. When calling to make an appt, Jennifer was pleasant and willing to make sure they accomodated my schedule. When they came out — they called to say they could be there earlier. Very knowledgable and informed me of where any problems were showing on a diagram — I had a clr log from target and he stated this was a very good log to use (instead of trying to upsell me). He was very effecient and careful not to make a mess and put everything back in fireplace as he found it. Very pleased with level of knowledge and customer service. Highly recommend!
