Spoke to Anthony in customer service here. He was incredibly rude. He repeatedly talked over me. Then he yelled at me. I love having a fastrack tag, but god help you if you have any problems.

The service is great, but don’t even try to figure out the statements. My account is closed, but a statement is sent monthly. A fine per time driven through has been charged, even though a statement which states account activity is made available. With corporation in a monopoly, the business makes it has hard and as mixed up as possible in order to nickel and dime the consumer. What is sad, when you call to talk about your bill, you get an operator that reminds me of the old phone companies. «Sir, I do not know why the system bills the way that it does, but in order to use the service you must pay this fee. If you do not like it, feel free to write a letter». WHAT A JOKE
