I absolutely LOVED my experience with Chef Monique and Crave. Chef Monique recently catered my wedding and it was flawless! Everyone knows how stressful weddings can be — I was able to avoid that. The menu planning was fun and inventive, the team were all wonderful and the food was delicious! Literally every person at my wedding talked about how good the food was. Not to sound cliché, but the next morning I definitely CRAVED the food I’d had the night before. Maybe that’s where the name came from? If I did it over, I would ask to make extra to keep in the fridge for the next day — I couldn’t get the deviled eggs off of my mind! The team was kind, professional and a pleasure to work with. I could not have been happier and will definitely be a return customer.

In planning my parents 45 wedding anniversary I was in need a booking a fabulous chef in a city I was not familiar with. After researching her website and within minutes of speaking with her I knew I had found our chef. She was smart, professional, creative and most of all was so passionate about her work. Unlike other chefs I’ve worked with, she seemed to take the most time really understanding our vision and theme of our event, really drilling down to what was most important to us. She wanted to create a unique, personal experience, using nothing but the freshest ingredients. She even came up with a delightful menu for the little kids in our family making them feel just as special as the rest of us. She took care of all the rentals, the set up and break down of our evening. I never lifted a finger. They took care of EVERYTHING! Chef Monique and her team were so incredible, truly going above and beyond what was asked of them. I even threw in a last minute request for a cookie creation for my daughters birthday and she whipped it up and delivered it without a problem. I plan on hiring her again, and again and again. She is simply the best.

I want to give a testimony to Chef Monique on her professionalism and communication skills. Although she has not catered an event for us yet, I could tell by talking with her the passion that she has for cooking and making sure that each event/​gathering she caters is a special and unique experience for each guest. I was also really impressed with her communication — she always got back to be with a quick and prompt answer. I am looking forward to our next upcoming gatherings so that we can use Chef Monique.

I helped plan a 40^th birthday in Suncadia and Chef Monique was incredible to work with for this event. She was super professional, a great communicator and the food was outstanding. I would recommend her and her staff for any event — she caters to your needs and creates menus that speak to any group. I’m planning to use her for at least two more events this year.

Where do I begin to describe how AMAZING my experience was with Crave Catering and Chef Monique?
To begin — as a busy professional in Seattle, scheduling with me can be difficult. Chef Monique was prompt, professional, and organized during every planning call we had to discuss my husband’s surprise 30^th birthday destination celebration. I very much appreciated that scheduling and communication were almost effortless on my part throughout the process!
The planning — I felt like Chef Monique became a friend during our discussions around my husband’s likes, dislikes, herbs, flavors, meats, vegetables, whiskeys and wines to really get a sense for what I was looking for and how I wanted to go about perfectly executing our event for my VERY particular husband with extremely specific preferences! Chef Monique created the absolute perfect menu with recommended pairings for each of our courses and even located the alcohol selections at a store near my home for ease of ordering and pickup — major time saver for me to not have to search for these on my own!
The details — due to my desired ‘getaway’ destination of Eastern Washington, we weren’t sure whether the rental supplies would achieve the look and feel of the evening. Chef Monique coordinate the rentals of the appropriate dishware, linens, and detailed look without me having to lift a finger!
The event — WOW, and I mean, WOW! My husband, the one with the particular preferences who is often hard to impress due to his level of attention to detail was speechless when he walked into discover the surprise dinner and table set for our dinner party. Each course continued to improve upon the previous, and every dish was not only beautiful in presentation, but the flavor profiles were impeccably executed! The support staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive into our event, Chef Monique explained the details of each dish presented, and my party of ‘foodies’ who have experienced international and local renowned cuisine left saying this was the best meal they’ve EVER had!
We cannot wait to hire Chef Monique and her team at Crave Catering for another event very soon!

We are so grateful for Monique and her staff for the delicious prime rib dinner. Everyone raved over the perfectly cooked prime rib, and the au jus sauce was phenomenal. My son-​n-​law said it was the best horseradish sauce he has every had. The mashed potatoes were so yummy. What a treat to have a professional chef prepare our fabulous dinner for my husband’s 70^th birthday. Cooking for thirty people of various ages would have been a challenge for me, but Monique did it with such ease and poise. She is definitely a 5 Star chef!

Monique catered a dinner for our family of 17 while we were staying at Suncadia. Monique was easy to work with and she came up with a really great menu. The dinner was amazing with excellent food & service!

I must begin with, I have not had Crave cater an event for me specifically, please know I definitely will! My experience with Crave was attending an exhibition type of event at the Stone House in Roslyn. The food and presentation were both OUTSTANDING. It was several courses of seafood and my mouth waters just thinking about it! Even things I typically don’t eat (I’m fussy about texture) were prepared so deliciously, I would have been remiss to pass them up!
I will definitely have a catered event in the future and I will definitely use Crave for that event. Highly, highly recommended,

Crave Culinary catered the rehearsal dinner for my wedding (20+ ppl). The food was AMAZING! Chef Monique created four unique multi-​course menus to choose from, and they all sounded so good it was hard to decide. The food presentation was beautiful and elegant, we were all very impressed. She also paired a specialty lemongrass martini to accompany the pan — Asian menu we selected.
