I was slightly hungry when I first got in line so I wanted was a jr. Bacon cheeseburger, but by the time I got to the speaker, after waiting for over 25 minutes, I needed a bit more. So much for FASTFOOD or DRIVE thru. It was more like SLOW food and PARK thru. Horrible wait time!

You would think that after the venue upgraded, that something about the service would change too. I so far have made bets that something would be wrong everytime we enter the drive-thru and I’ve been right everytime. Something is always wrong with the soda machine and the fries taste like they been fried in the oldest oil. Please avoid this place.

The lines in drive through are long and slow. Waiting time 20 minutes plus. One time the cashier at window spoke no English the manager had to translate. All I wanted was value fries… And not the expensive ones. Yesterday I decided to go inside. I received the food within 3 minutes BUT the burgers we ordered tasted terrible. The buns were soggy there was one little onion on the burger no taste… Waste of money. I Try to stay away from this place. Maybe just close down I do not think a lot of people will miss it.

If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars or negative stars I would… I sat in line and waited for 30 minutes only to get my food and for it to be cold and for my bread to be stale on my burger. I absolutely do not understand what the difficulty is in making food that is fresh, and getting people in and out in a timely manner. That’s the problem you run into when I only put one Wendy’s in the hood –_–

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to the service is horrible and the wait is absolutely ridicules the people that work here are all miserable and I would be to if they can’t ever do their jobs properly getting food here takes to long and good luck getting the right food

I am not a fan of fast food restaurants, but I love Wendy’s food I had a bad experience today. I was waiting in the drive thru for 45min, then my order was messed up. They didn’t give me all of my order, then I got to eat my cold burger and stale fries. This was really disappointing to me. I Have noticed as huge change at this location. I do not recommend anyone to go to this Wendy’s!!!

It’s really not that bad… Just a bit timely. The staff are usually ok, and sometimes friendly. Just, they can be rather slow and it is the ONLY Wendy’s within 15 miles, so it does get VERY busy. And BECAREFUL of pricing. Always make sure to check the menu board and your receipt to make sure they match, multiple times I’ve been overcharged. Overall, the food is always good and the parking lot setup is good as well. Conveniently located on American Legion Highway, near the Walk Hill Street intersection.

Do the world a favor and close down. This is by far the worst Wendys ever. There is no customer service here. They are not rude just dont take their jobs seriously. They always forget something and when u have to come back to get it there is no apology or smile just a worried ‘please dont complain’ look. They tend to run out of alot of basics, which i feel is a mgmt issue to forecast and order ur right inventory or maybe customers just steal the stuff– i dunno. Anyhoo, going in is slow as molasses. Drive thru is slow as molasses. Its fast food folks, not rocket science.

Wendys is Wendys, but really this store doesnt strive on Customer Service… Usually am just hitting the Drivethru on way to my GF’s house to get Nuggets for my son… So for that they are ok… But dont expect pleasantries at the window or even decency at the speaker!

this Wendy’s sucked. I can’t think of any other word. The staff there are miserable people who give you attitude, that is if they can understand what you’re saying. Food took forever and when it came out it still was cold. Pair that with a shifty clientele and you can bet your sweet bottom I won’t be coming back to this place.

If you want to wait in a drive through for 20 minutes come to Wendy’s on american Legion HWY. Once you waited and waited you’ll be surprised that they don;‘t have what you want. Last time it was ‘combos’…Now a combo is a sandwich of some sort, a drink and fries/sides right??? Was the combo button on the register broken??? I had to order everything individually. By the time I got to the window my food was cold, the cashier gave me my item one at a time and she was a terrible communicator. Please tell me when I’m all set, with a «thank you» and a «come back again.» But NOOOO, have me wait, no apologies… fuck that, I’ll stick to the 2 in Downtown.
