Pizza Wings N Things

Loved the pizza. Great prices too. Our order arrived in really good time was nice and hot. Delivery guy was friendly. We got a large pepperoni pizza and the cheese bread. I liked their bread a lot. It was the standard cheese bread you get from everywhere else. Really good! We will 100% be ordering from there again.

We were looking for a new pizza place and found this place in the area and decided to give it a try. Ordering was a breeze over the phone. When I arrived to pick up our meal I was greeted with the same friendly attitude as over the phone. The place inside was so clean and smelled so good with all the pizzas cooking. The pizza was really delicious, thick crust and not very greasy. Greasy is good, but too much of a good thing isn’t. The cheese bread was also good, but what kicked this bread up a notch was the garlic dip. It’s extra, but it’s worth it. I also ordered a small Greek salad that was fresh and the toppings were generous. Give this place a try and I truly believe you will enjoy this place as much as we did.

I had received a postcard in the mail from Pizza Wings N Things wishing me a Happy Birthday and offered me a free Chicago Style Pizza with one topping to celebrate. I was taken aback because I assumed there had to be some kind of catch like that it was only free if I spent X amount of dollars or something. I mean this is like a $ 16.00 value that they are offering for free so you can understand my initial concern. Nope, no catch! This was a legit and very much appreciated offer.
I ended up getting the free pie with pepperoni and opted to get some of their three cheese bread too. IT. WAS. OUTSTANDING! Seriously one of the best Chicago style pizzas I have ever had outside of the Chicago area itself. It was super hearty, but not overly dense like Chicago style can be and the crust had this immaculate buttery flavor and texture that put an instant smile on my face upon first bite. I am not a huge fan of the cold pizza sauce you get with cheese bread because to me it always has this weird taste to it. Their sauce though was just right (not overly salty like that other dude said) and I actually really enjoyed dipping my bread in it.
Service wise the girl I spoke with on the phone (who I believe was the same one who gave me my order when I picked it up) was really friendly and made small talk with me while I waited for them to finish boxing things up. All in all this place is solid and I will definitely order from there again in the near future.

I think it important to recognize those who go above and beyond when a customer is having a bad experience. I used grubhub to order delivery from this place and everything went wrong. I put 100% of the blame on grubhub but I want everyone to know how impressed I was with the customer service here and how they fixed things.
Grubhubs system must have gone down or something on this night when I ordered. So I was charged almost 30 dollars the for food. After two hours go by and my food had not arrived I decided to get on the phone to see what was going on. Of course I couldn’t get in touch with grubhub so I called the restaurant. The restaurant didn’t have any record of my order at all. As you can imagine, I was furious. For two hours I was readying my tastebuds for complete, heavenly awesomeness and come to find out I wouldn’t get a drop. The manager I spoke with was the greatest. He empathized and apologized for everything. He offered to make the order for me right then but at that point I was too angry to be hungry anymore. Plus I absolutely was not going to shell out another 30 bucks and I haven’t received the first order. About another hour later grubhub contacts me and tells me that my food is on the way to my house… So now I’m really pissed off because I ordered it three hours ago and they just now sent the order over to the restaurant. I called up to the restaurant again and I again speak with the manager and he again apologizes for everything. My plan was to tell him to cancel the order because I was too irritated to eat… But the manager was so nice and completely professional that I decided to go ahead and have them bring the food. Plus I already paid so I might as well. The manager himself then showed up to my door to personally apologize for the mixup. Not only did he bring my food but he brought a huge slab of ribs, a free two liter, and a 10 $ gift card. All the food was delectable!
I have never been more impressed by a restaurant’s customer service. Plus the food is great. I highly recommend this place!

My local pizza stop. Great food, even better service. The bbq chicken calzone is a personal favorite. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. Also the wings are cooked to perfection every time. They also have free delivery to where I live for being neighbors. I have never had a bad experience.

The pizza looked great, the bread and the salad but for some reason I think the cook accidentally lost the lid off the salt shaker when Makin the sauce. my suggestion: more sugar less salt. way way less, feels like I just drank a bottle of LA Choy Soy Sauce

Went here on the recommendation of someone I knew. With a name like Pizza Wings N Things I honestly was not expecting too much. However the food was top notch. Ordered the 12 inch Chicago stuffed cheese pizza and the 3 cheese bread. Opening the box the Chicago stuffed looked and smelled amazing. The stuffed name made sense because its basically a round pizza calzone. They fill a pizza with cheese and toppings and then cover it in a layer of dough and bake it. I will go back just to get that again. The three cheese bread was equally good on the flavor scale. You could really taste different kinds of cheeses and I enjoyed it. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
They have a great online experience and one of the better webpages I’ve seen especially for a smaller business. Only thing I would add to that is being more descriptive on the menu items so you really know what your getting into.
There’s only one thing holding this back from 5 stars for me. That’s the hookey name. For a place with food this good it deserves a decent name.

This was by far the BEST pizza experience I’ve ever had!!! Ordering online was a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised by the price considering I ordered pizza, breadsticks and salad. The delivery driver was friendly and speedy. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was crispy yet chewy and buttery. Yum!!! The toppings were fresh (fresh mushrooms always a bonus) and the sauce was to die for! We got some garlic butter and garlic cream cheese for our stix and they were both amazing! We will definitely be making Pizza Wings N Things our top pizza place from now on!

Stopped in today for a quick bite. Owner was in the dining room working and struck up a conversation while my calzone was in the oven. Very nice and customer oriented, calzone was top notch! This is the kind of local business that should be supported. Will definitely be back to this establishment, our new «go-​to» pizza place in the neighborhood!

Good Detroit style deep dish pizza. They sell single big slices for $ 1.50. You can’t beat the price and the service is friendly. 2 slices and a pop for under $ 5 is hard to beat. This place used to be called Slab ‘N Slice and they recently changed ownership in the last several months.
