Nail First

Came in for a pedicure. They were not busy and I was the first customer. My entire pedicure took 20 minutes. Employee was not very friendly whatsoever. First and last time coming here. Afterwards another customer came in and she was very displeased as well.

My first experience there was good… I went in for a gel full set with French tips. Their prices were reasonable, $ 30 total. When I went in 2 weeks later to have them filled (price list says $ 18), they did a horrible job… the old gel was still visible beneath the new, where they had cut them down. And the new gel French manicure they did on top was cracked before one day. And again I was charged $ 30 even though it was a «fill». Only way I would go back now is if they offered me a refund.

Rude, unprofessional, dingy, unclean and frustrating. Never again. I now have to pencil on my eyebrows after this wax. I’m very disappointed.

This place is absolutely horrible. First off I waited in a cold pedicure tub for 45 mins before any one attended to my feet. The pedicure was mediocre at best. The guy was rushing and short with me. Not nice at all. When it came time for my manicure idk why I expected anything different. He was rushing and cut me several times even dug into the tip of my nail with a file. He wasn’t even going to put the clear top coat on. I had to ask and as for the hand massage it was non-​existent! The water in the bowl was cold and not relaxing at all. On top of it all I now have to be treated for athletes foot that I can definitely say I got from this place. I’ve never had a problem with any type of fungus when getting my nails done. This place is disgusting and they have attitudes to match. It may be cheap but I would avoid this place and use your hard earned money towards a nicer, cleaner, more relaxing place. I will never go here again!
