We’ve been using London Aire to clean our woodstove for many years. Couldn’t ask for better service. Jim is a true professional; he knows his stuff, and has the customer service routine down too. Highly recommend and we will continue to use this company for many years to come.

The owner, Jim, inspected our chimney yesterday. We’ve lived in our home for a few years and haven’t used the fire place before. We’ve been reluctant to use it since the prior owners hadn’t used it for 3 – 4 years prior to moving out. We weren’t sure what to expect since the house is 60 years old.
Jim is knowledgable, professional and courteous. I don’t know much about fire places because I’ve never lived in a home with one. He walked me through how to operate the flue and explained an issue with our flue size that can be fixed by adding glass doors. We’ve also had some minor leaking issues and he advised us to add a chimney cricket when we re-​roof our house this fall.
We ended up replacing the rain cap/​bird guard because the old one wasn’t the right type or size and it was in rough shape. Jim had a couple different styles (stainless steel and black) on hand and was able to install it the same day.
I located London Aire online and chose them after researching several companies. I’m very pleased with their service and I will use them again when needed.
