Kroger Food and Pharmacy

This Kroger is CRAP, especially the pharmacy. I have had pills filled short, or they are actually OUT of a medication. Have seen moldy produce. Have seen people «hanging out» at the soup, «tasting» it. Parking lot has losers going every which way, up the down isles, down the up isles, parking where there are not spaces, don’t move when you’re coming down an isle etc. Gas station is usually always packed… just not a nice shopping experience.

Nothing has changed for the better here. I finally stopped in again because I needed a couple quick items. Also I had about 10 bottles to return. No one in line returning bottles so that was fast, although it looked like someone took a few two liters of pop and poured them everywhere… a few days ago… and it’s been there ever since… Whatever, grabbed some milk and eggs, loaf of bread and I go to check out and not one single line was open other than the self checkout. People have full carts in line. I left. Kroger needs to close this store. There is no way anyone from corporate has ever been here, it’s disgusting.

I have to say I was surprised by the bad reviews of this Kroger. I didn’t find the parking lot sketchy at all. It seemed pretty ordinary to me. I don’t like that the coin star machine is in the very front so all the people checking out are behind you. Not that big of a deal but I just prefer it be off to the side or something.
The people in the deli seemed friendly except the lady who waited on me. She seemed to have an attitude for no obvious reason. It didn’t ruin my trip but I didn’t like it either. The store seemed clean enough considering it was raining so a little dirt on the floor from shoes and carts is reasonable. I was only going for lunch meat and a few other things so I didn’t check out the meat or produce.
I’ll go back because I like it more than the Hoover store. Those are the 2 closest stores.

Seriously the most disgusting Kroger I have ever been to. The customers are frightening. I felt like I was a robbery victim waiting to happen. The shopping center is sketchy at best which is sad because there’s a good selection of stores for one stop shopping.
