Customer Service was excellent. However, I left my phone and paid for a charging port for my Note 3. Came back to pick it up and was told they didn’t have the part in stock, so the repair wasn’t done. And, the part was back ordered. Grrr. Frustration! I agreed to have the repair done in a week to 10 days. I took my phone and gingerly placed my charging cord in place, when I got in the car, but crap, it wouldn’t even register being connected. For next day I kept trying it suddenly started working. At the 9 day mark, Jared lmtc saying the part was in. But since my appears to be working, I was asking for a refund. Jared got clearance from a manager and viola’ my acco unt was credited. Thanks for graciously crediting my account and not grilling me for details. I will use your services in the future and will speak highly of you when the opportunity presents itself. Jeff

Brought my iPhone in that I had shattered by leaving it on top of my car when I left my house. They had it repaired and working like new the same day!

So my poor Moto X(2nd gen) took a tumble over the 4th and the screen cracked so bad that pieces actually flew off of it when it landed. It still worked, but obviously there was no using it, so into a baggie it went. I submitted a quote request on Sunday night. The next morning I received the quote shortly after they opened. Pricey, but certain radio personalities convinced me CPR was the place to go for these issues. Still cheaper than a new phone. Dropping the phone off went fine enough. The guy confirmed the quoted price and ran my card. He said it would be 3 – 5 days because they didn’t have my screen in stock :/I have to wonder if same day service only applies to people with Galaxies and iPhones? Anyway, it took the full 5 days. Hubs waited in the car while I ran in for what was to hopefully be a quick and simple pick up. Instead, when I walked in, there were two sales associates working. One was dealing with an angry customer(who looked like he had been sitting there awhile) and the other was switching out a Galaxy S4 for repair. It took at least 10 minutes for these transactions to finish up. Long enough that a guy came in behind me, stood awkwardly in line for like 5 minutes, then left. Finally, my turn. I let the guy know I’m there to get my phone and he goes to the back to get it. In the meantime, associate who has been dealing with the angry customer(who sounded like he had every right to be from what parts of their conversation I could hear) comes over and starts lamenting about how he *always* gets those customers. Uhhh, ok dude. Then he sees my wrist tat and starts telling me about how his grandpa said this or that and he wants his spirit animal as a tattoo of that. If you don’t care about what I just wrote, imagine how I felt standing there! Finally, guy comes back with my phone(other guy still going on about his future tat) and hands it to me, then starts the process of getting me checked out. While I’m examining my phone, he tells me I still have a $ 10 balance on my account. Err what? Then he and the other guy are trying to figure out who changed my quote and why. I had already paid, at this point I shouldn’t have to be charged more after the fact, right? While they’re doing this, I notice my phone is missing the covers for the front facing speakers. I point this out, associate goes to see what happened, says the tech left the speakers on the old screen(seriously!!!) but there isn’t enough time now to put them on as they’re closing in 30 minutes. Rather than be without my phone for an entire weekend, I say I’ll bring it back on Monday. They waive the $ 10 balance left on my account for the hassle… Today, brought my phone back in for the speakers. Gal at the front is helpful, she takes my phone and brings it to the back. Says the tech said it’ll only take a couple minutes to replace the speakers! And sure enough barely a minute later she comes out with my phone, speakers in place. The hell, how come they couldn’t have done that on Saturday?! I was under the impression it would take 20 – 30 mins or possibly have to be picked up end of day, because that’s what Saturday’s bros said when I asked how long it might take. I’m guessing because the tech on Saturday had probably already left, something they could have just told me. So a pretty unsatisfying experience. This was my first time having to deal with a cracked screen. I should have taken the time to shop around. They do have a lifetime warranty on all their parts, so that’s nice, although I dread having to wait another week if I crack my screen again, even if it’s free :/

I would not recommend this place at all! They didn’t seem like they knew what they doing! Brought my phone in cause it wouldn’t charge. They said it was the battery. Called them a week later to see if it was done. They said yeah, 5 days ago. Well maybe you should have called me to let me know?! Picked it up, brought it home, mic output didn’t work! Took it back, they said it had nothing to do with their work, but would comp the labor fee to replace the mic. Again, called a week later to see if it was done. Again, it was, but no one had called me! Went to pick it up, trouble with charging again! I give up! And wouldn’t it be basic customer service at a cell phone repair place to charge the phone and see if it works before returning it to the customer?! Neither time was this done! I also had to wait quite a bit while I was in the shop. The woman who helped me was pleasant, but that is the only good thing I have to say…

I went to Verizon to replace my Moto X because the charging port had broken. As I walked out with my new phone, I saw this cell phone repair place across the parking lot. It’s not a bad idea to have a second working cell phone on hand, so I just stopped in to see if they could fix my broken one. I walked in, asked if they were able to do the fix, and one of the guys said, «I don’t know. Our technician comes in later this afternoon. He would know.» …Okay…so I should come back later??? I was planning on being in the area all day, so it was fine, but he didn’t offer up any solution for me besides«check in later.» Also, your technician comes in later in the day? This is a cell phone repair place! What’s the point of being open if there’s no technician there? What the fuck even is your job, dude? Anyways. I brought it in again, the tech said he should be able to fix it. They charged me a reasonable price($ 60), and said I could pick it up in about a week. I got a call later in the week saying they actually couldn’t fix it on that phone and that they’d refund me. That’s fine. I’d done some research online and hadn’t seen a lot of solutions for my particular problem. When he called, the technician told me that wireless charging might be an option, and when I went to pick up my phone, he had brought in his own wireless charger to show me how it works. So even though I couldn’t get my phone fixed, the technician was super helpful. Everyone else, not really. Not sure what those other guys even do there. This place also seems to have a lot of refurb monitors and other computer items, and also they do software stuff? What is this place even. Pretty misleading name.
