Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and helpful with choosing a suitable ice cream. Manager was super nice and went over and above to help me feel confident that everything i was eating was done without any chance of cross-​contamination. Would definitely recommend this store again

5 stars for great service and great ice cream. The staff is always helpful and cheerful and my order is always perfect. I’m writing this review because I always have a great experience here. Not sometimes or once in awhile, always. Keep up the great work guys!

I love this place! Whenever I go there, I get amazing service and my order is always perfect! The people who work at this location are always very courteous and take good care of me. I haven’t ever had anything from here that I didn’t like. The chocolate strawberries and stuff are so good! They are a favorite of mine.

Decent ice cream even if it is a little overpriced. I’ve been an ice cream kick for the last few weeks and Coldstone has been my preferred place. The staff here is just average and the store does appear to be a little dirty inside. The ice cream makes up for that though. If they took a little more time cleaning the place the ratings would definitely go up.

I love Cold Stone, but this is the dumpiest Cold Stone. I probably shouldn’t expect too much for a place in Roseville, but it seriously needs some more experienced staff. It’s always dirty. The chairs are super beat up. They seem to always have ice cream flavors missing just out of being too lazy too replace them with a new bin. I could go on… But really, this location just needs to get it together.

This location needs work. Always a very long wait due to being understaffed and place needs a lot of TLC, or at least a broom! Would steer clear unless they make some changes.

Poor service terrible taste! I try and try to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope. I’m done with it. Ppl glorify this place and I don’t get why. I’ll pass from here on out. Most definitely not to my liking!

Decent nothing great and the 8 kids with there inattentive parents did not help my enjoyable ice cream experience.

I wouldn’t go as far as knocking this place as low as the first reviewer has, but the place definitely needs some help. Equipment breaks and sometimes isn’t always readily available to swap out or fix. Plus being it was a blender that was down it isn’t that huge of a deal as they probably only make 10% of their sales on shakes. It’s not like the grills failing at a Burger King thus halting almost all of their business or something.
I ordered the «That’s How I Roll» and it was supposed to have Cake Batter Ice Cream, Yellow Cake, Pecans and Cinnamon, but apparently to the guy who looked like the Afro Kid in High School Musical, Yellow Cake means Cookie Dough and Cinnamon means Chocolate. I had a feeling he messed it up while making it, but I wasn’t 100% sure as the place was a cluster of chaos with multiple orders being made at the same time. Also he failed to wipe his hands off before placing my order in my bag so there was chocolate all over it. Same went for the spoons he provided.
Maybe it is my fault for going there 20 minutes before close, but yesterday was «My Wife is Awesome» day and she wanted Coldstone so I went and got her Coldstone. Then again they shouldn’t have been rushing and slopping orders together just because it was almost time to close. I used to work for Jimmy Johns way back in the day and on the nights I would close I will be the first to admit I’d get that «ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!» thought in my head when a customer walked in just as we were to close, but I always gave them the same high level of service as someone who came in hours earlier.
I guess that is what you get when the oldest person working there looks like they are 18 years old. Kids are kids and most do not have the same work ethic as an adult so the quality and care is lost (some adults aren’t much better either though). I will agree with the first reviewer by saying that Management is key and they should look to having someone a bit older and maturer holding the reigns especially for a night closer.

What great ice cream this place has! It’s really top notch.
Unfortunately, on the day we went they had no blender so no shakes, smoothies etc. were offered.
Oh, by the way, they didn’t have waffle cones either… or chocolate waffle bowls… or…a host of other things.
I was beginning to wonder why they even opened their doors.
What a shame. I hate to see such a unique place eave the neighborhood. It will be sad to see them go.
Get it together soon or it will be gone. YOU NEED A MANAGER WHO KEEPS THIS PLACE TOGETHER.
