I went in because my hookah base broke and my grommet got torn up in the process, they were extremely helpful and I only had to spend 3 bucks to get it working again.
I will definitely be back, and will recommend them in the future.

I’m in here all the time and love the vibe the employees give off! They have a great selection at great prices!

Tried getting my ecig juice from there…
Bad choice, the employees were helpful and nice, but gave me the wrong flavor.
Instead of the peppermint I paid for, I was given pineapple. I put some in my ecig and immediately noticed a fruity flavor.
As a menthol smoker, I have to use the peppermint.
I went back to the store and was refused any service minus a 25% discount on another bottle.
After a very lengthy conversation with the «manager Brandon» he was unapologetic, refused to acknowledge a mistake, (even though his employee recognized it was her error) and quote «if you take a bite out of something at a restaurant you didn’t order, you pay.» ECT. I will not go into further his incompetent «manager skills» He is a piece, to say the least. He refused to give me any other contact other then him, so a dead end.
I hope this somehow reaches his higher up,
10.00 not a big deal.
The customer value comming back and negative reviews/​impact = priceless.
