Just tried the new location across the street from the old location which is now a Taco Bell. It is behind the 7 – 11. They have $ 3 pizza slices available and they are huge. No need to buy the whole pie! One slice is more than plenty for anyone. Ladies could probably share one. Beef sandwiches are really good and hearty for the $ 5. Lots of meat. Crinkle Cut Fries are quite good. They have a few seats indoors and some outdoor seating. They deliver for just $ 2.50. Friendly service. I feel the quality and quantity of the food is awesome for the price. I highly recommend. Suggest you call in order ahead for quick pickup.

Great service. Very friendly and clean atmosphere. Mom and pop kinda feel. Love it. From out of town and would make the trip again.

Best Pizza in town! Also the best Italian beef that I have ever had! They will make the pizza… thick, thin extra thin & crispy or however you would like it. This family owned business has got great pizza and an attentive staff. There are only two tables, it is mostly carry out but GREAT PIZZA!

Absolute worst drivers for delivery! The driver gets lost every time he comes to our home! He actually told us our address doesn’t exist! Then our pizza arrives cold! The owners don’t even care! I will never order from them AGAIN!

Great deal and great tasting colossal pizza. Delivery is hit or miss. So is time it takes to make it. 4 stars for taste though. I highly recommend this colossal pizza to any pizza lover. You can’t beat the price, size or taste! I’m getting hungry just writing about it. LOL

This was a better restaurant when they were on the other side of the street. The pizza slices are now very doughy and under cooked.

I called in an order for a burger and fries since their website lists the price as $ 3.50 or $ 4.90 with fries.
When I arrived to pick up the order, they had charged me for the large fries and the total was $ 7.90. When I asked about the discrepancy, the cashier just acted like he didn’t know anything about it. When I got back and opened my food, I was greeted by a mediocre burger and a big bag of generic frozen crinkle fries.
So long story short, this place is neither cheap nor good. If you want a trashy burger and real fries, just head over to the McDonalds down the road. It’ll taste better and you’ll save a few bucks.

3) This is more of a take-​out/​delivery place than dine-​in. There are 2 tables inside for a total of 6 people. During nice weather, there are 2 tables outside for a total of 10 people.

Village Pizzaria moved across the street on Willow Creek Drive behind the 7 – 11. No more lunch buffet. Pizza is still great, and two slices will fill you up for lunch.

I had heard a lot of good things about this place when my friend’s guard unit was stationed at O’Hare. It was pretty popular among the unit and I always wanted to check the place out. So while driving by recently and looking for a place for lunch — I opted to try it — glad I did.
I walked out paying $ 9.50 — for the buffet and a refillable soft drink (but the don’t promote the refills). The food on the buffet was pretty average, but one thing I will say is that they kept it well stocked with a constant variety of food being put out. But none of it was all that worthy of «writing home» about.
The pizza was OK — the sausage came out a little later and I tried it — the sausage lacked some of the robust flavor that other pizza joint sausage pizzas often have. The staff there seemed pretty nice.
I’d stop in again — but I wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.

4 stars for the lunch buffet, and only the lunch buffet. $ 7 for a lovely assortment of salads, pastas, subs, garlic bread, and soup.
I also had a moment of inspiration (I know, at a buffet…) that we who live on the western radius of Chicago proper should be grateful for the dazzling assortment of Italian bakeries. Proper bread bakeries. As I was sinking my teeth into the blissful crunch of a piece of insanely fresh bread, I found myself wondering if it was from Liborio Bakery. A shaft of light broke through the roof onto my head, and I marveled that indeed there are at least 5 Italian bakeries within ten miles who supply local businesses and grocery chains, and I am so spoiled that I could not identify the origin of this specific sfilatino. What a wonderful world.
Spare yourself buyer’s remorse and don’t touch the pizza. That’s a two star pizza.

Good Pizza! Very nice family owned place. if you are in Rosemont and want a place were locals go give it a try.

I am giving four stars just based on a combination of the taste, the price, and the fact it is NOT a chain.
I was staying at a nearby Marriott and whenever I ask them what is nearby they always try to send me to the Giordanos… so pizza definitely sounded good, but I am just not a Giordanos fan. Anyways, found this place right around the corner and was able to buy a slice rather than the whole pizza which was perfect!
The shop has been there a while according to the owner and seemed like they had good traffic from the locals so it must be pretty consistent. Yeah, food was good. Enjoy!

Is it gonna be a four star experience, naw. Three stars, yes! I’m talking about the daily buffet which is a mere $ 6.95. Can you tell me any restaurants that would offer a buffet of (decent) foods for that price, heck no! Their buffet consists of thin crust pizzas, different pastas, chilled salads, 2″ cut sandwiches on french bread, assorted sauces for dipping with garlic bread or etc, sometimes they have meatballs, assorted sausages with peppers or veal parm. For dessert, well, it’s one item and it’s some sort of pudding. It’s a smorgasboard of Italian American foods and many of the items change daily.
Now onto taste. Their thin crust pizzas rival Chuck E Cheese, (oh yeah), though I think it’s a step above. Get the slices hot, allowing it to cool too much, well, with each bite you’ll tear off all the toppings. (If you know what I mean) As far as pastas and other dishes, if you like Ragu, you’ll love what they offer. I’m not a fan of their garlic bread and for some reason I feel as though it comes from the freezer aisle of a grocery store. For the single person looking for a convenient lunch at an inexpensive price, it does its job. I’m not sure I’d order anything fresh, other than slices. If you don’t go buffet and want quick takeout, they have slices for individual purchase. I’ve purchased slices at the end of the day on the drive home, those which come out of the rotary warmers. They stood up to the lengthy drive back into the city and were good enough to eat. Slices from the warmers are usually of the pan variety, with ample cheese and decent amount of sauce.
Most of their daily traffic comes from those working nearby and passers-​by. This area can get quite an amount of traffic, since the airport and casino are here. I’ve been a couple times already and notice that most come for the assorted pastas, thin crust pizzas are very popular (because of the special daily price) and buffet salads. My only concern is I wish they were more friendly. Sometimes there may be a youngin’ working the register and she might be more friendly. Whereas the regular guys that are there during lunch, are lacking of smiles or friendly courtesy. These guys need a vacation. Next time I’m there for a buffet, can I get a (greeting) hello, goodbye or thanks for stopping by?

If you threw some token machines, a Whack-​a-​Mole game, and some animatronic robots inside it would be a freakin’ Chuck E. Cheese’s!
How does this place keep/​stay in business?! Saddest lunch buffet I’ve ever seen, and we (and my stomach) suffered through New China Buffet a couple days ago! Seriously, it’s a joke. A pizza buffet lacking of pizza (if they manage to get one out it’s laughable), hard crusty spaghetti noodles swimming in butter, some disgusting Dill Ranch mostaccioli concoction, and a salad bar comprised of a couple pieces of lettuce and spinach. Oh and they have corn niblets floating in water! (LMFAO, this a pizzeria, right?!) With all due respect to Hoosiers, I think I’ve seen better at a Shakey’s in Gary somewhere. Unless they’re making their money on out-​of-​towners, first timers, or barely conscious drunks after hours, I see boarded windows and FOR SALE signs in their near future. This epic failure wasn’t even worth the $ 7.75 tab. I once thought that was impossible of a buffet…

As a pizza junkie, I can say that this is NOT good pizza. It’s probably a bit better than Pizza Hut, but not by much. If you want authentic, real Chicago style pizza then you want to avoid this place!
Having said that, they have the best Philly chicken sandwiches!!! This is a sandwich that I stop in and get at least once a month from them. There is nothing like it!!!
Bad-​generic pizza, good prices, and one of the owners is friendly. The other seems like a bit of a jerk!

This place has passable pizza, but the last time I ordered a meatball sandwich. That was a mistake. The sauce on the meatballs was OK, it was the actual meatballs themselves that were awful. They were very bad and tasted like they had been made some time ago, then frozen.
There are many places with great meatball sandwiches in the area, so I see no point in eating a substandard meatball sandwich. Life is too short. If you must eat at Village, do yourself a favor and stick with the pizza.

Great lunch buffet for a low price in a casual atmosphere. The lunch buffet is around $ 7 and includes salad, pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. They also have some yummy looking Italian beef sandwiches which were huge.
We also order their pizza for work sometimes too and it is super yummy!

Village Pizzeria is so-​so pizza slices, but a GREAT lunch buffet for a few bucks. for my money and to put a few bucks back into a non-​franchise, this small corner place is clean and has a couple of salads, pizza slices and a few nice treats worthy of a «great find» for cheap lunching.
Get there by 11:30 am or you’ll end up in the back of the line and the place is tiny.
When working late, I sometimes carry-​in their sandwiches. Owner is Torry: a good guy.
Limited parking is a pain, but you can use the free garage next door.
A side bennie is that it is across the street from a 7/​11, a liquor store (go ahead and think it…) and few people know that there is the post office on the other side of that strip mall: you can do a bunch of mailings, walk over for a munch and leave the car safely anywhere around there. DO NOT try crossing Higgins on foot: saw a young lady get hit recently running to Starbucks at night. Its as black as ink at night…

This place is great. Fantastic pizza & really cheap.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve lived in Chicago my entire life. I’ve never really gotten too hyped up about so-​called «Chicago Style» pizza. We never ate it when I was growing up. This place makes pizza the way I remember eating it in the city as I was growing up. The crust is thin, but not crackery. The cheese is brown & bubbly on top. If you want to fill up on thick heavy doughy crust, drive down the street & eat at one of the mega chain type pizza places. Go on, sell your soul. Or, better yet, give Village Pizza a try. The best places, I’ve found, are the «mom & pop» types, just like this one.
