I took in my nice watch to get a battery because it stopped. The old lady at HELZBERG DIAMONDS (old grouch) told me that they had to send it to get checked out because they couldn’t do fancy watches there. I get a call 2 weeks from this old lady telling me that the mechanics needed to get cleaned, gasket replaced & a new battery. She then told me that it would be $ 680. I told her to get my watch back in the store asap. I then went to the watch Clinic on 21 n Wabash and it got fixed for 22 bucks! People don’t be fooled by these imbeciles. They were charging me 680 for a 22 dollar job. I also posted a picture of my receipt. The guys name is Jesus and he told me that my gaskets and mechanics were beyond superb. He was shaking his head when I told him how much they were charging me and telling me.

Breathtaking!!! Everything here is beautiful. There is nothing to dislike about this place. All pieces are gorgeous and time plus time is required to see everything in order to make a decision. Infinity collection is my favorite.
