This spot is quick with the orders. They seem to enjoy their work and make work fun. It can get crowded after school.

Excellent burgers. Very similar to Habit if you ask me. Both are very good, but In-N-Out doesn’t offer bacon. Shakes are better at In-N-Out(never frozen). Fries are healthier at In-N-Out, but taste better at Habit. Note this place has no indoor seating and very limited outdoor seating. Best to take it to go.

In n out is my favorite fast food burger chain and they never disappointed me once. I came here with two friends to grab a quick bite. I ordered two double doubles protein style and they came out perfect. The burgers are always have consistent quality and the staff is always friendly and easy to approach. We decided to order at the window since the lines for the drive through were way too long. The wait was quick and we were able to leave within 15 minutes of ordering.

Great service along with good burgers that don’t taste greasy. This is my go to fast food spot because it’s usually a healthier option and tastes awesome. Simple fresh ingredients that always keeps the customers lined up. The spot on Rosemead is always crowded but relatively efficient to keep the crowds moving smoothly. Get your in n out fix now!

I went to this place 20 mins ago & I ordered number 2 grill onions & a coke. The guy who was taking my order, he was like I can’t hear you & can you repeat that? I repeated & said, «may I get number 2 with grill onion & a Coke please?» When I gave him my credit card, he didn’t repeat my order. He ended up charged me twice & I was like $ 14~?? he said he thought I wanted to have 2 orders… Plus, I don’t think that was even my order is because it said 2 double burgers, root beer & lemonade… I said ok fine… He didn’t even try to said sry to me & he tried to put it like it was my fault… Wtf??? I’m a customer bish… This place should fire that freaken dude…

Don’t know how to take orders in the order in which the customer have arrived. I pull into on of their drive through lines and start to wait. While waiting a few other cars pull into the other drive through line and the girl walking around taking orders proceeds to go one car to the other alternating lines instead of taking the order of the people who arrived there first.

Made it just 4 minutes before they closed… that was a close call… This is one of my local go-to in-n-out locations. The food is always amazing. It is a classic. I am a simple man. I ordered two hamburgers with onions. Quick and friendly service. Made fresh. What more can you ask for? Just be careful of their parking lotb and drive-thru. Not a lot of room for car lines during high traffic times. But since I came at the right time, there was just a couple minutes wait. SOLID.

Justin was very cool and customer service ready. Had a mix up on the burgers. No biggy. It’s fixable. And the way he handled it was A+. Any complainers about em were more than likely straight out complainers or WOFTs lol. Keep it up man. Don’t let the complainers get to ya. Lol

This place is quick and small. This place is best for drive through only. This in and out doesn’t offer any indoor seating and the out door seating isn’t so comfortable. Especially without much shade around the dining area. The milk and burger I order was amazing though. It’s amazing how much the workers can do in such a small place.

I had never had In-N-Out burger until a few weeks ago, when we used our hotel shuttle to take us to this drive-through location. My honest take: the concept of the Protein-Style should be emulated everywhere, and the food was tasty, but I don’t think it’s any better than Five Guys. Maybe the food would have been slightly better fresh out of the kitchen, but I like Five Guys a lot so this is hardly a criticism.

I knew there was such thing as discouraged workers but I never knew there could be discouraged customers… saw the drive through line… kept driving. Been here a couple times, never waited less than 20 minutes. Their drive through system is very inefficient, even with 2 separate lines they still take forever. If you’re going to open an in-n-out at least buy a lot big enough to accommodate all of your customers. Lines always going out into the street and people who do park in the limited amount of spaces are forever trapped in the void. As for the food, it’s the same as all in-out’s. Customer service is great! Not sure how the workers can keep a smile on in that nightmare.

My first experience at the Rosemead In-N-Out was great! Although the lines were long, I was still very pleased. I had a young lady that was assisting me when placing my order, her name was Emily. She was very helpful and showed excellent social skills. Normally I’m a picky eater, but she was very helpful at recommending what to eat. She accommodated me to the best of her ability, and I was very appreciative for her to do so. Thank you again Emily for the recommendation! I really enjoyed my animal fries and protein burger. P. S. Rosemead needs a better seating area. I find it disturbing sitting next to the restrooms.

after successfully escaping L.A. and arriving in the Valley, it was time for lunch. and it had been about 4 years since I last had In-N-Out — trekking along the side of a highway in Las Vegas to do so — so it was high time to return to one. lo and behold, this one was in the radius that our hotel shuttle would go to. Double Double, animal style fries, and a Neapolitan shake. that’s how I roll. unfortunately, this location doesn’t have much seating — a few tables outside — so we had to place our order in the shuttle(they have waitresses take your order on a tablet!), then pay and drive back to the hotel. this meant that we ate in our hotel room and the food had somewhat cooled down — still warm, but not hot — and we learned that In-N-Out does not travel very well. a lesson learned, kids. still, the burger patty was as fresh and delicious as I recalled from previous experiences and the fries hit the spot.

My number one favorite fast food chain. In-N-Out is definitely one worth driving out for. Since I’m mostly in the San Gabriel Valley, this joint is one of the closest to me. Driving down Rosemead Blvd, you can smell the grilled onions as you approach from a block away. My typical order would be the: Hamburger with chopped chili and grilled onion($ 2.15): The burger tastes fresh, not frozen. The buns are nicely toasted and infused with patty grease. The lettuce is crispy and green and the tomatoes are red and juicy. In addition to the basic bun and veggie, their famous«spread/thousand island» sauce makes this burger phenomenal. I always enjoy mines with chipped chili and grilled instead of raw onions. Fries with extra spread($ 1.65): The fries here tastes more healthy than most. They are freshly cut and the skin is still on them. The texture is perfect, lightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. If you like your fries extra crunchy, just ask for them to be cooked longer. Most people eat their fries with ketchup, but I love mines with spread. There’s just something about their sauce that is so addicting. On some days, I’ll spoil myself with a milkshake($ 2.20). The milk shakes are great here. Very creamy, soft, and delicious. If you can’t decide on your flavor, might as well go neapolitan! Service: Service here is pretty fast even though the lines on a daily basis is quite long.

We are pretty lucky that we live literally 2 mins away from in n out. I personally don’t eat it a lot because the only vegetarian thing they have is grilled cheese and french fries, but my boyfriend loves this place. Sadly, you’ll have to be in Rosemead traffic when coming here. On your way out, you can only make a right turn :( Like all in n outs, expect to wait a long time during prime time hours. If you don’t want to wait, come right when they open which is 1030. There won’t be a wait until it hits closer to 12pm for lunch rush hour. The workers here are always really friendly and on top of their stuff. When it comes to taking orders, they remember everything you say and they can repeat it to you really fast. I even have to rethink if that’s the order I said lol Stuff here is dirt cheap, fresh and clean! I love their fries. You can tell it’s made out of REAL potatoes and that they’re made fresh every time you order it. Way better than all the other fast food joints out there, even McDonald’s!

usually whenever I go to in n out, I never ever had any sort of problem with my food and I love in n out, but whoever cooked this and dared to serve this deserves a chat with the manager. It’s burnt and taste like charcoal. I hope next time won’t be a disappointment:(5÷2÷159:32 pm I recently tried it again but this time it was amazing and my fries were in a weird shape but it delicious

Great fast food and very friendly employees at this Rosemead In-N-Out location. The lines and parking situation here are soooo horrible though. There are only 5 – 6 parking spots in their very small lot. There are also two awkward entrances into the drive-tru lines from different ends of the In-N-Out lot, causing a lot of difficult parking commotion. 3×3 protein style with french fries and a medium coke… drollllllll :)

In N Out is always a safe bet for a great, cheap meal! This is a small location with little parking and a crazy busy drive thru. Still, the same super friendly, fast and efficient service that gets our order right every time! Animal Style, extra toast, extra everything and you are set, add an order of animal fries if you are hungover or don’t plan on eating for the next two days. I love me some In N Out, one of the best things about living in CA!

No problems here. This location has two lines for the drive through, it speeds things up. It’s kind of weird going through the line on the left because the window will be on the passenger side of your car. There’s usually a bit of a line for the drive through but it goes fairly fast. I have found walk up to be a bit quicker(as long as a parking space is available). There is only outdoor seating at this location. They always get my order right and my food is yummy. Staff is friendly & polite.

Located on Mission Dr. and Rosemead Blvd, across from Rosemead High. The lines to this place or any other In N Out is horrendous, but we didn’t let that stop us! Ordered: –grilled cheese with extra lettuce and tomatoes(basically a cheeseburger without the meat patty): yummy –double double –cheeseburger –well done fries: it’s a hit or miss. When they actually do it right it’s crunchy on the outside and the inside is all gooey. YUM!!! –lemon up: mixture of lemonade and 7-up. L-O-V-E! Besides food and drinks you can also purchase gift cards here Accept all major credit cards and cash. Drive thru: super long lines. They have one of their employees walk up to cars to take orders supposedly that will help with moving the long lines along. Walk up to order is a lot quicker, or is it? It seems like it. My go to spot for well done fries and grilled cheese!
