Asked for a pumpkin Moc. They forget the pumpkin and sugar. Seriously?! More than once this has happened. Not going back to this location

Don’t stop at this location! Coffee order is never correct, out of basic items more than once, staff is not friendly. I will happily drive out of my way each morning to go to a Dunkin Donuts that cares about their customers!

You know the old«fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me?» Well I think this Dunkin has fooled me a dozen times yet I still end up still here. The only convenient thing about this Dunkin is that it’s a drive thru, but that’s it. First negative: Dark Roast Coffee. There have been several times I’ve come here and the Dark Roast has tasted old, watered down, or they’ve just plain not had any. How do you not have coffee at Dunkin?! And no offer of if I wanted to wait and they’d make some. Second negative: Lack of items/stale items Several times I’ve come here they’ve been out of what I wanted. Coffee, bagels(at 7AM how are you out of bagels?!), current promotional items. And donuts are typically stale if they even have the flavor you want in stock. Third(and biggest) negative: customer service Multiple times I’ve sat at the drive thru waiting to get a knowledgement, only to eventually get a grunt or a «ya?» Last I checked you greet someone with hello, good morning, or what can I get started for you? Recently I tried ordering something that’s been on the menu a long time and the employee goes uh what do you want? That’s not a thing. He was cut off by one of the few nice employees I’ve interacted with who took care of me. The worst experience was when I went inside to get k-cups. I stood by the register as the two employees giggled together ignoring me talking about inappropriate things. Also to be noted no one came in the drive thru so it wasnt that they were working that. Then the male working walked by, made eye contact, then hid behind the wall. Eventually he came out and goes ya when you’re ready. Again no hello. I should have said well I was ready 5 minutes ago when I walked up. Instead I placed my coffee order and he walked away before I had a chance to order anything else. The girl walked up saying is that it? And I had to tell her no, I had wanted to order more. I then found out the male working had walked away not to pour my coffee but to text. So I had an even longer wait as the girl attempted to do everything herself. As much as I’d like to blame the employees for being awful, which in a large sense I do, I blame management as well because clearly no one trains or follows up with these employees. I’ve tried contacting management, doing the receipt surveys, but now I’ve given up and won’t go here despite its convenience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else come here either. Drive another block to get fresh donuts at any hour with great customer service at County Donuts. Given how slow, inaccurate, and poor service they are you probably well spend just as much time walking into County as you do going here.

Terrible experience at this Dunkin Donuts. Waited in a long line for more than 10 minutes just to get to the order window and them telling me that they ran out of coffee and flatbreads and only have skim milk and donuts. How does DD run out of coffee? And why would you not have someone come out and say something to the long line in front of me as well as the 5 cars behind me that you ran out of COFFEE!!! Will never go to that location ever again. Very Frustrating.

This is MY Dunkin. Let me start by clarifying. I added this business to Unilocal and it is attached to the gas station on Roselle Road just north of the Elgin O’Hare Expressway on the east side of the road. Just south of Nerge. I’ve tried to get the address corrected on Unilocal, but to no avail. This location has a drive thru which is extra convenient for gals like me who may run late from time to time, but desire a bagel for breakfast. I’ve walked inside the gas station once, but never approached the DD counter so I can only speak from my extensive drive thru experience. I generally order the same thing over and over. It’s exactly right about 75% of the time. The other 25% makes me bonkers! I order a large hot chocolate and a sesame bagel sliced, not toasted with butter on the side. Sometimes I get hot chocolate and sometimes I get flavored hot chocolate… by mistake. Thankfully, I can live with the flavors, but I’m not a fan of that surprise. Not toasted means just that — don’t toast it. By the time I get to the office to eat it, if it’s been toasted then it’s gummy and cold. I now check the bagel before I drive away. Early on in our morning adventures, I learned that butter is a precious commodity here. They’ve gotten better about giving me an adequate amount without having to ask for it every single time. This location doesn’t always have every flavor muffin or bagel, but their convenience wins me over and they are still my go-to DD location.
