Worked with Randy Murillo on trying to buy my first property. Randy was very candid and open about all the properties we looked at, the process was tedious but every piece of advice I got from him was honest and verifiable. He walked me through the entire home buying process which I was vaguely familiar with. He suggested but never forced on me a mortgage consultant, property inspectors, and a lawyer whom all were easy to work with and competitive in pricing. After deciding on and pursuing a modest 2 family for a good price, the deal did not go through due to the seller being unwilling to remove an existing oil tank on the property we discovered mid talks. Randy and the lawyer both encouraged me to back out and not take on the excessive risk and potential high costs of a mystery oil tank which could have run me an extra 15−20K. I’ll be working with him again when I”m ready to pursue another property for sure.
