Stan is the man.
We happened upon this adorable cider mill on our drive back to Ann Arbor from Traverse City and are so happy that we did. Stan and his wife are so wonderful and welcoming. I thought I would be running 30 minutes past closing and they told me to come on by since they would be making applesauce. We ended up reaching on time and grabbed some delicious cider and a ½ peck of apples (a variety that Stan helped us choose since we are little lacking in apple knowledge).
It was such a pleasant and personal experience. I would highly recommend stopping by and visiting them — everything is done from the heart and they are happy to welcome visitors!
