Wilson’s Chapel of the Roses

If I could go less than one star I would. They quoted us one price and then tried to charge us $ 500 extra dollars above what they said it would be. We spent an hour just waiting for paperwork to be written up and then it was wrong. The lady who helped us sad she’d fix it, but didn’t and I had to have it corrected a month later when my moms death certificates came in. I spent $ 60 on certificates and $ 420 on thumb print memorabilia that I still haven’t received over 3 months later cause surprise surprise, they came with the wrong information on them.
I was told how they could be charging me more. We ended up paying them $ 1400 just to cremated my moms body (not including the death certificates or thumbies). The staff acted like they were doing me a favor. I know death has a high cost, but their attitude made it feel like a waste of my money. Thanks for burning my mom and me in the same weekend. I would never go back here and I would suggest other find a different place of business if they are looking for compassion at the time they’ve lost a loved one.
