Owners son (manager) lied 3x regarding status of my order — quoted me 2 wks = 4 wks and item still wasn’t complete (demanded item back)
Patches sewed on wrong
Embroidery wrong and they attempted to redo which qdamaged jacket
Got refund (would only credit me for work not done not screw-​ups or damage) and went to a better business (2-​day turnaround an less $)
