After less than six months of storage in this facility my rate went up, and I was not notified. Additionally the lower price that I was originally paying is still being offered on the website. Their practices are unethical, and I would not utilize this service if I had not already been moved in. I will be removing my items as soon as possible to avoid future unannounced rate hikes.

Office personnel is very efficient and know what he’s doing. Storage place is very clean and had no problems with the price that was quoted, but when you went to sign the papers they said you have to have an insurance which is mandatory for your unit even though you didn’t want the insurance you had to have it otherwise you couldn’t rent the unit. Nothing was said about that online until you got there and when you had your stuff in the truck to unpack you had no choice. Told them I didn’t want it because my items weren’t that valuable but I had to have it in added on my monthly rent of $ 13. Don’t see why they force a mandatory insurance on you when you don’t request it and you’re not going to hold them liable for anything in your unit.

I had my 5th wheel trailer stored in the Rosamond CA location for over 1 year. In that time my space rent was raised 3 times and my trailer was vandalized. The manager said that they have cameras that record 247 however, you need to tell her the exact date and time of the break in or she can’t look at the video. If you can’t do maintenance or repairs to your unit and you have to put in a code to enter or exit then how come no employee stopped at my trailer to see what was going on. You can tell by the damage that they took lots of time doing damage and stealing all my trailer items. I am so disgusted with this entire mess. I now have a trailer I can’t use and all because they don’t care.
