Usually the commuter bus from glen cove is s nice alternative to long island rr. But they are usually late. Traffic. This is first run of the day. Get up ten minutes earlier.

If I could I would give minus stars I would. My daughter took a medical leave from college. North fork would not give us credit for their college bus service we had reserved for winter break even though we cancelled more than two weeks prior to the date of one leg of the trip, they easily could have taken another booking. So while we are dealing with a family emergency we get to be ripped off by this company. Even plane reservations can be adjusted for a family emergency. That is pretty disgusting. Take greyhound. It is cheaper and more professional. These people make me sick.

The coach was clean our driver was awesome! Theresa was very professional and informative on the phone from the day day I got the quote to the follow up after my trip. I will definitely be using them next trip. Thank you!

The bus did not even follow the schedule and we were told to wait for 2 hours for the last bus to come. The schedule was completely different from what was printed and online. The bus was there entire time and the rest of us «customers» were sitting out in the heat till it was time. Could have at least offered to let us wait in the bus where we won’t be dying of heat and no where near by to buy drinks besides INSIDE the park we just left.

Steer clear. Rip off!!! All nice until they get your money! Recording says experienced drivers, your quests will be comfortable, etc. Far from that!!! Used this bus company for our daughters wedding. Diane at bus company had me on the phone several times going on and on convincing me this was the best way to go. We agreed to use them at a cost $ 1100.00 to drive my guests to and from the wedding venue 30 minutes away. Unbeknownst to me the driver was extremely rude to my guests on the way to the wedding saying to every guest as they got on, if they were not on the bus at 10PM he was leaving. The wedding ended at 10 so that would not be possible. The air conditioning didn’t work and he had the heat on. The quests complained and he did nothing just said it wasn’t working. At the end of the wedding a guest came running in to get my husband and I saying that the driver was leaving! He was leaving us and the bride and groom who were still gathering up their things!!! I ran out and said you can’t leave us here! He said I am leaving. I said I was going to call the bus company and he said«Are you threatening me?», Are you threatening me?” My husband ran out and finally convinced him to wait. We said our quick goodbyes at the venue and ran out. Again there was no air conditioning and he had the top vents open. Days later we called the bus company, I spoke to Sara and Theresa who I was told was the owner of the company?? and they said they would review the tapes which would take a couple of days. I was told the driver was new and that they do not want someone like that to work for them. We emailed and called several times after with no response. Over a month later they finally answered our phone call and said they didn’t see a problem on the tapes. We then discovered there was no sound on the tapes! They have since ignored all of our phone calls and have been very unprofessional. We told them we should be compensated and were not looking for a full refund. All they had to say is that it cost money to run the bus. It was an awful way to end a beautiful day.
