I brought my car in to be fixed and kept getting the runaround about when it would be done. After four days the car still was not looked at and when I called the receptionist told me they were «working on it now» When I disputed a ridiculous price to fix a part I was told very rudely to come get my car that they were not going to work on it, so I was being lied to about the fact that they were working on it at all. Very shady business practices and completely dishonest!

This place is great, while 90% of mechanics on long island will rip you off, this place is run by fair and honest people, i wanted my breaks checked last week. I automatically assumed they would charge for breaks and possibly rotors as well. However they said i didnt even need breaks, which saved me a couple hundred right there.
