They were dispatched out to me from my home insurance company. They showed up for 10 minutes to diagnose the situation. Did not hear back from them for a month so I called them and asked them what is going on? They provided me a bad excuse and showed up the following. After 30 mins they tell me that they need to place an order for a part and they diagnosed it wrong. Another couple weeks pass and I call them and leave several voice messages. Never got a call back. I finally get a hold of them on the phone and he tells me he will call the office and get it checked out. Never heard back from them. I call the office and speak to a person who’s English was very bad and I could barely understand her. I filed a complaint with my insurance company and they have dispatched a new company to me. Thank God! Would not recommend them at all. Terrible customer service.

I used this service as part of my home warranty. It took a couple weeks to get the part approved by the warranty company, but I am happy with the repair they did on my dishwasher. It took about 10 minutes to fix once they had the part, and they were very flexible about working around my work schedule to fix my dishwasher.

I can’t give a review on quality of service since they do not work on my appliance. All I can discuss is my wasted time. I have a contract through American Home Services(AHS) and they chose Prestige for the repair of my Wolf Range. I was given a four hour window for a Saturday appointment, which I was okay with and happy they could service it on a Saturday. However, after waiting three hours, the technician came, took one look at the range and said he was not qualified to work on it(note: their truck says they work on all appliances). That’s fine, I would rather have the service technician be honest, and I will go elsewhere. But what really pisses me off is that he said he would talk to AHS and get me lined up with another company. The truth: Prestige did nothing but cancel the appointment with AHS, causing me to waste another hour to get a new appointment with yet another service company.
