They really do not deliver more than a few blocks away. I live 2.5 miles away and they will not deliver to me. So we usually end up getting pizza or Chinese. I can’t help but think about how much money they are losing. Food is good though.

Can never go wrong with some Jimmy Johns! Love these subs! The veggie (#6) is always my favorite with sprouts. Arrived around 5pm and there was no line. The employees were very nice and made our subs before we even finished paying.

I live 8 mins away from this location yet they don’t deliver to my house. I’m stuck without a car or food. Apparently they don’t go past Taylor Road and I’m at 135^th. So yeah I guess if they can’t throw the f**king sandwich out the window for you to catch it then you can buzz off.

I know this is just a fast food sandwich place, but I have never experience poor customer service at a JJ’s until visiting this one today. Their soda machine ran out of carbonation, so I politely told a staff member. He told me to try another selection, and I told him we tried 3 different kinds all of which had no fizz.
He was all snotty with me and made a comment to his coworker that «just because there’s no fizz doesn’t mean it tastes flat.» Ummmm okay. So, my husband and I continue to eat our sandwich sans beverage, meanwhile some girl employee throws a temper tantrum saying comments like «I don’t need this right now», «this place gives me such a headache.» And «I’m so pissed!»
Ten minutes goes by and still no luck on getting it to work. The temper tantrum girl offers us a can of soda instead. Our sandwiches are almost gone by the time they got it running right.
We never once got an apology or a refund. All we got was a bunch of complaining and rude comments. Not coming back to this location ever again.

omg. FIRST TIME EVER in jimmy johns… just got back from this joint… ordered a tuna sandwich… they didnt even bother to ask what i wanted on it at first… the sandwich Ghandi dude just started putting shit on it… he put cucumbers and i dont even eat cukes… and in less than 10 seconds, my sandwich was wrapped… DAMMMMMMN…they make sandwich like machines… fastest sandwich i’ve ever seen made… the guy making my sandwich look soo serious making my sandwich… it was like he was angry at the vegetables… i’ve never seen a sandwich made in less than 10 seconds… that shit was fast as fuck… sheesh…i like dat… fast as fuck but they need to slow down and ask first… the sandwich Guru Ghandi dude looked hypnotized… he cut me a look… i cut him a look too… HE LOOKED AWAY… he met his match today… i will go back again… fast…str8 to the point… no games… no unnecessary smiles and annoying greetings on a hot summer day… i sense that the staff can be rude but i think it depends on who their dealing with. i’m as crazy as they come… crazy is written all over my face and i know THEY KNEW not to be slick with me… try it… not bad… expect a little attitude… Sandwich was very fresh… no stale veges… the tuna tasted like it was made the day of… no complains on the quality…

I live on a college campus, have not had a bad experience, only one time my order was wrong and I had to call and get it all straightened out. The delivery people have been kind, and I have no other complaints.

According to google maps, it takes less than 8 minutes to drive from home to this location. This is also assuming you are driving the speed limit and making complete stops every time. Even with these truths, this location refused to deliver to my house.
I was told that my house was out of their laughably small range and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked what Jimmy Johns was in my range. The teenager behind the counter told me there was none. All I wanted was a party tray delivered, and I tip well to delivery people. Their loss.

Zeros stars if I could. I have a 6yo niece and they refused to put mayo on her ham and cheese saying that the price would be higher if they applied the mayo instead of giving me a packet on the side. Come on! The vat of mayo sitting right there. Also, the blond hair freckled lady at the register refused to make a #12 into a wrap and didn’t give any other options. Isnt this place that suppose to allow you to make your sandwitch the way you’d like it?! Perhaps I should have just let my niece make it at home. Poor customer service esp when NO ONE was in line behind us. :(next time go to subway down the street.
