Culligan Water Conditioning of Romeo

Went in to have some water tested, buy some salt, and have a service call scheduled.
Ladies behind the countered all seemed pretty flustered when I walked in. They had trouble finding someone to come test my water. When someone finally showed a few minutes later, he tested a sample of water. I asked him to test another sample (from another location) and if he could do an iron test. He told me I would have to wait 15 – 30 minutes for someone else to show up because he had to leave. Seriously? It literally takes 30 seconds to do the water test and he just left me hanging. He asked if I wanted a service call for my hard water before leaving and I said yes. Well apparently he never told anyone as its been a few weeks and no one from Culligan has ever shown up.
Also went back to the front counter to purchase some salt (a pallets worth). Ended up having to wait again because they didn’t have anyone to load it…
I will not be returning. There is several other water treatment places in Romeo/​Washington so I will use one of them next time I need something.

Just rented a water softener from Culligan. Brian McCarthy, the sales representative, tested the water and was very knowledgable about the different options available to resolve hard well water issues. The installation team was on time, courteous, and professional. So far very satisfied with the service.
