Love this place! If you’re looking for a retro, relaxed and independently owned coffeehouse with a varied menu of tasty coffee and coffee blended drinks and smoothies, not to mention desserts and small snack items, then be sure to check this place out. There are ample sitting areas to study, kick back and chat or surf the Internet on free wifi. I particularly like the urban art studio interior with potted plants, eclectic furniture and lamps and prominent artwork displayed from local art and photography students. Love the music playing as well… a contemporary alternative mix that’s not too loud, playing just right in the background. There is also seating and tables available outside for enjoyment in better weather. If you’re a coffee aficionado, I guarantee you’ll love Swift&Finch. I’m a big fan of supporting local, small businesses… and you should too. Pay these guys a visit, they make excellent fraps!

I love this place. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops. First off, they roast their own coffee which always a huge plus because you know you’re drinking freshly roasted coffee. Second, their coffee is really good. They offer everything from Chemex pour overs to the sweet stuff to satisfy that craving. Third, it’s one of the most aesthetically pleasing places I’ve seen. The décor is absolutely beautiful and also cozy. Can’t say enough about this place!

Great cup of coffee! Roasted in House, fresh, and piping hot. Get the peaberry, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff is always friendly and I love the fresh roasted beans. They’re a little pricey, but still worth it.

Best Coffee House anywhere… including ATL. The coffee, the people, the atmosphere, the really cool, unique American flag and of course… the chocolate pie! If you don’t go you are missing out.

Horrible internet overcomes an otherwise good coffee experience. Too bad. Great tasting coffee but limited internet performance was very disappointing. I will try them again though.

Finally something worth going to in Rome. The décor is so cool. The coffee is the bomb, it keeps you alert all day. They really fill up the cup, unlike other coffee shops that fill it up with foam. The prices are VERY reasonable. I give it four stars because they don’t have a variety of pastries and such, so they have to improve in that area. Overall though they are one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to. If only they opened one in Mableton!

So cute and relaxed! I went here when I was visiting a friend and this place is adorable! I had a smoothie and a bakery treat and it was so good and the smoothie was a good energizer in the morning!

Try the coffee made by a Chemex pour over! Amazing. You don’t even need to add cream or sugar. Great place to get a cup of coffee and chill. Every time I visit Rome I have to stop by.

Best coffee in Rome. Actually, best coffee I’ve ever had. Their dirty cinnamon chai latte is something everyone should try!

This is a regular spot for me to hang out or kill some time. Love the selection of teas as well as speciality drinks. Try the unique coke frap. It’s wild.

Great little coffee shop in downtown Rome. I am a Starbucks fan, more for the consistency than the actual menu, so love when I find a gem like this one. I had a white mocha latte and an almond scone. Both were wonderful. The shop itself is cute and trendy. I found myself lingering over my drink and scone, just enjoying the«coffee shop» vibe. I will definitely stop in again. Why a 4 instead of a 5. my latte was a little too sweet, good, but sweet.

They have a great cup of coffee and a wonderful place to hang out, the wifi was very spotty and it made it difficult for me to study there which is disappointing.

Swift & Finch is the best coffee house in Rome, arguably the best in Northwest GA. It is very obvious that the owners have put great thought into every detail of the coffee house; the décor is great and creates a comfortable atmosphere for studying or for hanging out with friends. The entire place is always extremely clean, and the dessert case is always stocked full with homemade pies, cookies, scones and muffins. The staff are very friendly and always willing to make suggestions and answer questions. They have a set menu as well as a seasonal menu that changes, which is nice for some variation. I’ve loved every drink and dessert I’ve ever ordered here!

After living away from Rome for about a decade, it’s refreshing to see a coffee house like Swift & Finch have the following like it does… and it’s easy to see why. They have great service, a friendly staff, and a fantastic atmosphere that make it the kind of place you’d be accustomed to seeing in Greenwich Village in NYC; much less in Rome, GA. Good job guys for making a welcoming place to meet and hang out.

Mark is an awesome dude and the rest of the staff is extremely nice. They are open late which is great for a physical therapy student on clinical rotation that needed to study for boards. Their coffee is awesome. Ask for Chemex. It is the best cup you will have.

We stopped here on our way to a local festival. Even though they were technically not open they let us come in and order. The guys working were friendly for it being so early. Great great coffee and hot chocolate! Will be coming back!

Five stars. Times five. When I left Atlanta for small town Georgia I was sad to not have a cool coffee shop to hang out in. I sought solace in Barnes and Noble. This got me through some dark times. But like a bright burst of hipstamatic light, there appeared Swift and Finch. The coffee is delicious, staff are friendly, and the vibe is cool – think eclectic urban rustic… or something. Whatever it is, it’s working. This is my new spot!
