Terrible, dirty the bathroom so dirty with fecal every where I couldn’t believe, the staff nice but the manager so rude he even curse when we inform about the dirty in our room, we couldn’t stay one more minute and the manager treat us tell he don’t care and we have to pay anyway for the room, how know when you book they didn’t tell you if is dirty or Not safe. Never came back to that dump.

Like other reviewers said. Cheap place to stay for the night but in dire need to update before it turns into an unreversible sh! t hole. There were no toiletries in the room whatsoever and when I asked the front desk for soap I was given an attitude(sorry but I like to clean my hands) Only reason we booked here was we needed a spot to stay to break up a long drive… and it’s conveniently located across the street from my favorite restaurant in Rome-the franklin inn. This is not a place to stay for a vacation, but works for a quick rest stop… and I do mean quick(we had to listen to people do outside work in the courtyard at 7am… geesh)

We booked a room so my boyfriend and I could visit friends in town, this allowed for privacy while we were in Rome. This is my second time staying here at The Q. so I can easily tell you what to expect. Pros: the staff is friendly, clean rooms, there are restaurants nearby and lots of shopping around the area. Cons: the rooms are in need of an update and have a taken a lot of damage over the years, the ice machines are old, and it was a hassle to locate vending machines at this hotel. The mirror had this black stuff on it, and the door in my room looked like someone kicked it– idk what went on in here but geez! Overall, it is what it is at The Q. I was not expecting a 5-star hotel experience, just a clean place to rest our heads for the night so we can hang out with friends and not have to travel back home late at night.

One of those hotels where a black light is not a good idea.1 bedroom. Stains on the bedspread. Room in rough shape, kind if dirty-ish.

I was looking for a hotel in the $ 70 to $ 85 dollar range. This hotel fit in that budget. I am giving three stars taking into consideration the rate. If I paid over $ 85 I would have dropped the stars. It was clean and my limited interaction with the staff was ok and non eventful. I felt safe and the location was convenient. The Wifi worked well It needs to be professionally upgraded if they want it to be a $ 125 and up room. The room had a small refrigerator which was nice and worked well but it was sitting on a piece of wood that looked like a piece of a skid. The tv must have been upgraded to a wall mount flat screen from a tube type. The tv was nice and worked well but whoever installed it drilled a hole in the wall what looks like it is from the other room. No wall plate or anything. Just a sloppy unprofessional job. The lock on the door separating rooms works but has loose screws and feels like it will fall off. Hopefully you are getting the picture. Cheap, clean, but not a place to impress someone. I will stay again. It got what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. I actually hope they don’t upgrade it so I have a cheap place to stay next time I go.
