Walmart Tire & Lube Express

Ok, in this Wal-​Marts defense I go during lunch time since its close to my job. Geez, its always packed, even on a Tuesday at 1pm.
This Wal Mart has a NAIL SALON located inside their store! YES, A NAIL SALON!!! Being the high maintenance nail chick I am, I was like YES. Its always busy though. I have not tried their salon yet nor looked at the prices either so I can’t comment on anything else.
I like this walmart compared to others I have been too because they are more organized and cleaner. Employees actually like working and help out in whatever they can. Employees actually ask, can I help you? Do you need something? Or Can I help you find something? I was very impressed by that. Employees here do not look like they just rolled out of bed, are hungover or just miserable to be there. They are actually happy and look presentable.

This was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I tried going to my usual place for my oil change, but they were full and didn’t have any openings until after I was supposed to be at work. Walmart finished in the promised 20 min, basic package for $ 30, and my cars oil light is no longer turning on!

I always put off changing my car’s oil until the last minute. I usually go to go to the dealership but the kids want to watch (and they can’t) so I that’s another reason I procrastinate doing this chore.
I needed to get some household necessities so I went to Walmart and while driving in off of the side entrance (on Algonquin) I noticed the Tire & Lube Express and the empty line. So I dropped off the car while I shopped. It’s nice when you can do two things at once.
My service included up to five quarts of oil, Installation a new oil filter, Lubricate chassis (when applicable), Vacuum interior, Wash windshield exterior, Inflate tires to proper pressure, and fill the Transmission fluid, Washer fluid, Power steering fluid, Differential fluid, then check the Electronic battery performance, Air filter (except vans), Wiper blades, Headlights, Signal, brake and Tail lights. All of this was only $ 26.95 (Value Package) with the featured oil.
I opted for the Value Package but the Economy Package (SuperTech oil) was $ 19.88, the Economy Plus (featured oil) was $ 23.88, and the Economy RV (featured oil, service available in select stores) $ 47.44. These included up to five quarts of oil, installation of a new oil filter, and Lubricate chassis (when applicable).
I was happy with the service and impressed when I found my car had actually been vacuumed. I’d defiantly recommend this service to others.
