I absolutely love this company!
Reviewing contracting companies can be tricky, because people can easily get emotionally attached and renovations are just draining.
My husband and I bought our first place in July 2014 and the renovations of our basement unit was completed in March 2015!
I thought those shows on HGTV were all BS with all the problems that «suddenly» appeared, but I assure you, that is real! lol Our building is very old and it was not properly taken care of.
The scope of the work more than doubled due to all the problems the building had, but I loved that everything was done correctly. Tim made sure the work was done well and up to code.
My emails were answered usually within minutes! If they were busy, it would be less than 24 hrs.
Tim, Troy, Sandy and their whole team were amazing to work with! I highly recommend this company!
