I advise anyone in the military not to rent here. The property manager is extremely difficult to work with and will fight every step of the way to honor the military clause in the case that you receive orders. The property manager also enters your apartment without your knowledge. Property is poorly constructed with constant invasion by pests. If you are military, consult the housing office for recommendations for much better and cheaper housing closer to base. If you are not military, I recommend anywhere but here. Worst decision I ever made.
After reading the other negative posts, this is consistent with my experience. After notifying Constance that I had received orders, she attempted to move my property to an empty apartment mid-​month after I had already paid the rent. She entered my apartment without permission and removed items. I informed the Rolla police and I advise all other renters to do the same.
Really, stay away from this place.
