At best this place gets 1 star. This property service company is absolutely horrible. I haven’t had any positive interactions with them. It seems the only time the come around the property is when they want to look for things to fine you on and tell you to change your curtains because of the color.
My biggest complaint is the fact that they’re hard as hell to reach and when you finally get a real person they rush u off the phone then never do the service u requested.
I’m a homeowner on the property and we have a 48hour parking rule that usually isn’t a big deal. However my unit has only two convenient parking spots in front of it and they’re somewhat tucked away, so people love using them for long term parking. Now I don’t mind walking from the spot to my house, it really doesnt bother me. But what worries me is the fact that I have a girlfriend who’s all of 5’5″ and 100lbs and works at two restaurants several days a week where she won’t be home until sometimes as late as 11pm. Now when she shows up late at night I’m usually asleep because I wake up at 4am. So when she gets home and the two spots are taken up by people who’ve been in the spots for a week she has to park all the way across the lot, which would be fine if homeless people weren’t crawling around in our dumpsters. She’s been harassed multiple times by these homeless and it scares the hell out of me. So yes I do prefer to keep the spots in front of my unit from being long term spots so she at least has a shot at them. Now this last two weeks there’s been a car parked in the spot long term and I’ve called multiple times to get someone to come out and no one has showed up to tag the 48 hour notice! I’ve even had a lady on the phone say they will be out tomorrow and no one came.
That is completely shitty service. This property service is completely shitty service. Get it straight, you’re the business, im the client. I pay you to do me a service, if u stand there with ur teeth in your mouth doing nothing then you better not expect payment.

Before any improvements are made, as a homeowner, I must obtain approval.

I hope you guys understand i wish i could have given this a rating of NO stars. HORRIBLE customer service, and management. They leave the properties looking terrible. They hire out to companies who do the job half ass, from repairs to lawn care!
