CubeSmart Self Storage

I LOVE Rhonert Park Cube Smart! The manager and staff are absolutely wonderful and the facility is clean and well lit. This is my second time using a Rhonert Park Cube Smart unit, and I couldn’t be happier.

Nice clean safe storage facility. Paved drive with cameras watching all areas. We have had our motorhome parked here for several months and have never had any worries about break ins. Leatha and Michel have been very friendly and helpful They go out of their way to help.

We have parked our motorhome here for 9 months, even though we are living in San Francisco. It is definitely worth the drive. This facility is new, immaculate, and seems very secure. Letha, the manager, is an absolute angel to deal with, and her assistant, Michael, has also been very professional and helpful. We could not be more pleased.

Great storage center. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is always well maintained and clean. We have an indoor unit and it’s always temperature controlled with timed lighting when you come in just turn a timer switch for lights and we have had no issues with security or belongings being ruined due to temperature or weather which is nice compared to outdoor units.

I have loved these guys when they were American Mini Storage, but ever since they became CubeSmart, the following issues continue to be a problem:
Security to main building was highly compromised due to a nearly 3-​month long unresolved issue with the main door not going up. Their solution was to leave the side roll-​up door wide open during business hours, so anyone who was NOT in the main building could simply walk right in.
For the past TWO months, there has been no air circulation at all on the 2^nd floor, not even with a fan. Downstairs is nice and cool. But hey, we’re paying a premium for a climate controlled unit that has NOT been climate controlled for nearly two months! And on top of it, they just raised our monthly rates for a second time in 6 months. NOT HAPPY with CUBESMART.

I originally got a storage unit here because of the location, the security, and the climate control. I have several items stored that are temperature-​sensitive, so this place was perfect.
…Until they changed ownership. For the last week or so, the gate’s been standing wide open, the main roll-​up door to the inside facility doesn’t work, and the second floor of the building where my unit is doesn’t feel so climate-​controlled anymore. There was a noticeable spike in temperature as you walked up the stairs. They recently upped their monthly rate, so now I’m paying extra for worse service.
I understand if maintenance takes time and things can’t be fixed right away, but what I’m the most upset about is I never got any kind of notification about it. No email, no letter, nothing. Seriously considering a move, which is a shame because I loved this place otherwise.

ABSOLUTE MUST FOR ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS. I cannot emphasize how wonderful this business is when people are looking for a place to store their items that will be unused for months or years.
Not only is their customer service incredible, but their rates are actually very reasonable and in a some-​what close proximity to the nearby college. The area is also VERY secure, as you are required to type in your key code twice just to access your belongings.
I highly encourage people looking for a public storage to come here, it is both safe, and reasonable in price!
