This is by far the slowest Taco Bell in town. Been there several times and spent 20+ minutes waiting in the drive through. The lines were normal length, just took forever!

The wait time for my meal was ridiculous, all I got was a couple bean burritos and a taco and the wait time has been over half an hour

Horrible… waited over 30 minutes in line and was served ice cold food. Manager didn’t seem surprised or concerned.

Ok, I really don’t plan on making it a habit of reviewing fast food restaurants on here but I felt like I should post one for this Taco Bell. I stop here usually on the way to work in Prairie Village and I can honestly say that I’ve never been to a fast food place with better service than this one.
Pull up in the drive-​thru and instantly, you’re being greeted by a friendly voice. Your order is taken politely, professionally and quickly. Pull up to the window and your payment is done quickly and your food comes accurate, hot and as good as Taco Bell can get. There’s always napkins in the bag and you always get treated right. Little things, sure, but they’re so hard to find at a fast food joint and that’s why I give this Taco Bell five stars. Its not directly comparable to other five-​star restaurants, obviously, but for its genre, its at the top.
