I drive a VW Cabrio and have been in the need of many mechanical adjustments/​repairs, especially to the little things like door locks, handles, and windows. I once lived in a small apartment building with 5 other Cabrios (it was in Lakewood, obviously). A neighbor recommended this place for auto repair since NE Ohio mechanics tend to be scared of VW’s. I was satisfied with their service, although I felt like the mechanic who worked on my car, and also seemed to be the manager/​owner, felt a lot of disdain for me, either because I was a blonde women, young, or drove a «pussy German car» as he described my Cabrio.
If you don’t mind having your choice of vehicle insulted (and your womanhood… seriously, who says pussy German car to a woman) and you drive a VW, it is a decent spot to consider. He didn’t give me any break on the price, but I don’t think I got ripped off either.
