I ordered flowers for my best friend to be delivered on her birthday. I was very specific that I wanted lilies and hydrangeas. I was excited about the order and waited until my best friend told me they arrived. When they did she sent me a picture and there were no lilies in the arrangement at all. I called up and the lady who answered the phone said the was sorry that the lilies were not in the arrangement because they were not yet opened and she wanted the delivery to go out before 5. She offered to send a bud vase with the lilies the next day and they did! Way to make a girl happy!
The arrangement was very beautiful and my best friend loved them. I would order from here again :)
