I tried to get a Benjamin Moore paint I had used a few years ago. I actually had the «recipe». The women working there tried to help, and after 20 minutes got snippy with me and told me they could not help. Why didn’t they say this right from the start. This store is a poor replacement for Ingersoll’s. The employees need to be more knowledgeable.

I’m wondering if corporate ever visits this store, because if so it seems to be running like a well oiled machine.
Every visit I have made (different times of day/​days of week) I have found the staff to be warm and welcoming, friendly, and helpful. You may go in looking for a product but they ask questions to make sure you don’t make multiple trips and get it right the first time.
Now if only they could make their prices more on point to Target, Lowe’s, etc then it would be perfect. But alas if there has to be one negative then leave it at that.
I am not one to visit hardware stores normally but I will return due to the level of service and convenience provided.

It’s taking them a week to do a screen repair. Must be doing a landslide business in screen repair. First time patronizing this store. When I pick-​up the screen will be the last.

I make this Ace my first stop for so many things as we roll from one season to another. I have purchased parts for various repairs, plant food, Holiday lights, keys and today a leaf blower/​shredder. Every time i am offered help from a very knowledgeable staff.
