Placed an online order well before closing time. Got a confirmation email for pickup. Then had the restaurant call back the say they are closed. Nuff said. For a neighborhood place, this is disappointing!

Amazing wings, and our-​of-​this-​world fries. Wish they had more flavors, but then again it’s always hard to decide because they’re all so good! I order wings to go here a lot and it’s always ready on time. I bring friends here and love that they have later business hours. Highly recommended for anyone who likes wings or fries.

wingstop is great !! love the fries and wings, can’t beat the taste no where. My family favorite is lemon pepper and mild! Only one problem the price keeps going up every time we go our for example our last visit regular fries price went up and portion smaller. Sad to say family of 6 get ready to spend 50 – 70 dollars. Wingstop I love the food but the increase price and smaller portion is keeping us away.

The freshest, most delicious wings in town! Cooked when you order, be prepared to wait about 12 min for something so yummy — I call ahead. The fries… oh they take the french world of fries to a whole new level with their house made sugary salty deliciousness sprinkled over their perfectly-​cooked-​everytime spuds.
Tip– if you order the garlic butter parmesan wings, I found it was best to get the wings plain with the sauce on the side. The reason is because the wings are so hot out of the fryer that the butter melts to the bottom so you really don’t get the full flavor and satisfaction of the sauce. BUT either way you eat them, pack some breath mints!!!

This location is better than others, but I still had some issues with it. The last time we went, we asked for some cajun spice on our fries. I think they got irritated or something by this because it looked like they purposely dropped a pound of spice on top as if trying to say ‘F you guys for asking for this’. It was way too much. The wings were kind of fatty. There were also two really long blonde hairs in my boyfriend’s bbq sauce which he didn’t find until he ate the 2nd to last wing… Because of that I do not think we will be back.
Although on the bright side, the cashier was really nice and had excellent customer service. We ate at home and Im sure if we would have ate there and told him about our issues, he would have handled it professionally.
BUT customer service doesn’t help much if the food sucks… Really disappointed.

Rockwall Wingstop is the BEST Wingstop in the metroplex. We did a take out order family size. Everything was hot and fresh! Rolls are the best and the ranch is to die for. I love their carrots-​always crispy and I finally tried the potato salad-​FAB!!! can’t forget the fresh cut seasoned fries. Thanks again for never disappointing us and for letting us choose whatever flavors we wanted. Family of four means 5 different flavors and the girl that answers the phone has great phone etiquette and actually talks to you. Very pleasant.

Quick, Simple, AND GOOD! At times I am in a hurry at lunch. I use their app and order ahead so that my food is ready the minute I walk in. I love the Cajun, Louisiana Rub, and Mango Habanero and sometimes I mix it up with the Lemon Pepper or Garlic Parmeasean. Their fries are the best I know of. I prefer their boneless wings. Full of flavor and fresh. Easy in, easy out, everything kept simple.

Nasty… The wings were over cooked and dried out. The mild sauce just seemed like a bucket of grease… no sauce.

They sure take a long time just to make 10 boneless wings — 1 flavor. It took 25−30mins for my wings to get done. Whatever happened to service? Every wing stop I go to, the service is declining consistently. Now they even have a thing to where they will NOT refund you. Uhh… if you take 30 mins making my simple 1 meal order and then end up making the wrong thing, I’m going to want a refund and get out of there. But no. They won’t refund you and now you have to wait another 15 – 30 mins for your correct order.
Go to Boomerjacks! Way better service and food.

This 4 star is more for the sauce recipes than the actual service /​employees at this location. They’re pretty good and the franchise is successful so I’m not going to go into that too much.
What I would like to mention is two sauces I have a love affair with!
First off, the OMG tasty, garlicky, cheesy, buttery nom nom that is the garlic Parmesan wings. I don’t know if it would hold up on the boneless but it’s absolutely delicious! No amount of breath mints will fix this as your pores blast garlic for the next 24 hours!
Secondly, the ATOMIC!! one11! If you are aware of a hotter wing in the metroplex that doesn’t just bathe the wing in synthetic capsicum sauce — I WANT TO KNOW! I’ve not had a hotter (non synthetic) wing in my life and my gosh I love these things! Sometimes feel like I’m shittin razor blades the next day but it’s so worth it.
Record at one sitting is 20 flats… next day was NOT cool LOL!

My husband really likes this place. Lemon Pepper is one of his favorites.
As for me, I’ll suck it up when he craves it. I don’t feel there are enough options. I like my wings boneless and these are chewy sometimes. I like sweet sauces which they don’t have so I can’t find anything I like. I get them plain and sauce them at home.
I absolutely hate the fries and so does my husband. It tastes like they put sugar on them. I wish they’d change the fry seasoning so I could enjoy something when I have to eat there.

No, no, no. Ordered 2 kinds of wings. Lemon Pepper and Hot. 2 of us ONLY ate the Lemon Pepper and 1 of us ate the Hot. 2 of us got severe food poisioning that left us in bed for 3 days, while the one that ate the hot was fine. I will NEVER eat Wing Stop again. EVER!

So this place really is not my favorite but my fam really does enjoy it.
They ordered wings for us to eat the night before we left Dallas and I dont know what it is, theyre just not really my type of wings.
First of all, I think its extremely overpriced.
Second, the wings are really small with hardly any meat.
And Im not really a fan of wings without breading.
But on the plus side, the lemon pepper ones are really yum and Im not really a fan of that either.
And their hot sauce is actually really good.
Now if it was just on another type of wing…
