Taco Bell is… Well… A Taco Bell. The food is what you would expect from a Taco Bell, but the store itself is filthy. The décor is very out of date and everything about it is unappealing. I think this place needs a serious make over and the employees need to be retrained. The service is very frightening haha. I think I’m gonna stop coming to this place. I don’t want a disease.

I went to this location this past summer and what a mess. This store is very dirty and the food was totally gross. I like Taco Bell, but this place needs to have the corporate office come in a look at the operation. If they did, they would close it down for a week, fire the General Manager, overhaul the restaurant with a cleaning crew, retrain the employees and reopen with advertisement of their new and improved resturant. Right now, it should be closed down. Nasty.

First of all. this location needs a SERIOUS makeover. The interior décor is horrendous & has fallen into disrepair.
Secondly, the new Cantina items are awful. It’s obvious they are mimicking Chipotle, but it’s not working. They need to stick to their regular menu items. I’m still nursing an aching stomach a day after the cantina bowl & burrito.

I guess you really can’t expect much from Taco Bell in the first place, but the Rockwall location is pretty good. The dining area is a little dirty at times, but they always get my order right and the food doesn’t taste old.
