I love Dr. Pflieger & his staff. My son has gone to him for many years now. I have never had an issue. My son is 10 now & always gets the best care & ask questions. I like that they offer after hours & weekend.

Horrible! Although Dr. Pflieger is nice enough, his urgency to push ADHD medication on EVERYONE worries me. Most of the doctors we have seen are friendly, however, the staff is incompetent, rude, unorganized and unaccommodating. They cannot even return phone calls or emails. Just imagine what their medical record keeping skills are like. They are too large of an operation to provide professional and personal service.

After using Dr. Kreisler, who we never met, but met his PA, we found Rockwall Pediatrics. Dr. Chinn is wonderful with our pre-term daughter. She took time to answer all our questions, held our daughter and was very personable. She will be our pediatrician. She acts like she really cares.

The phrase, «Don’t judge a book my its cover» comes to mind with this place. It has a pretty nice cover, but is pretty rotten on the inside. We have been here a few times and have had problems every single time. Their fax machine is a veritable«black hole» and we have never been able to get our documents over to them. Our previous pediatrician sent over my son’s records and has a verified signature, yet they claim they never got them. Still can’t find them. We’ve given them multiple copies of shot records, and they consistently ask for a copy because it is missing from the file. Finally, when we went in for a series of 4-year-old vaccines, we were rejected because it was two days before the birthday. What a joke! Also, what type of place puts outdoor toys in their waiting room and expects children to somehow not play with them as they were intended(sit-n-spin scooters). Due to the noise those toys make, we were asked on one visit to either sit quietly and watch TV or to leave. We ultimately chose to leave after waiting an additional 30 minutes. Yes, we have moved to a different pediatrician and are much happier.
