I suffered a severe muscle spasm days before I was scheduled to fly out on a business trip. Sitting for any amount of time was painful and walking was a pain as well. I had heard of cryotherapy on the Joe Rogan podcast and their take was that it gave much faster recovery time for injuries so I decided to give it a try. The facility is immaculate, the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Both Laurel and Jason went out of their way to help me. By the third treatment in four days I felt that I was 90% better and would not need to cancel my trip. The entire experience has made me a believer and a regular there. I could not be happier.

Have been going to Rockwall Cryo since Febuary 2014. I’m a competitive runner, who at the time, was sidelined with a hip injury. Repeated uses of the Cryo machine had me back to running within a month. In addition to the healing properties… my skin, nails and hair were all showing signs of good health. I’m such a believer in Cryo, that I have been an ongoing customer since that first visit. Great staff… outstanding results. Thank you guys!
