My first bad review really on Unilocal.We’ve gone here many times and order the same thing every time. The packaging was completely different this time and so was the portion. Called and asked what happened thinking maybe we got the wrong order. The guy argued with me and said the portions were actually more than original packaging. He was horribly rude. It will be awhile if ever before we go back.

Food was good except it was freezing cold because the act was cranked. Like eating in a freezer. The whole restaurant was dirty and gross. Not one clean table. Nice workers though.

I go to this location because of convinance however the last two time the steamer trays have been low on food. Instead of the employee offering to make a new batch they just scrape up what they had and serve it to you. Small portions and dry up food. Employees need to be ready for a dinner rush. No excuses bad service and bad quality.

Very good, fresh, clean and very friendly staff. I’ve been here three times now and it’s always consistent.

Thought I would give this place a try. I normally don’t eat fast-​food style Chinese restaurants, and I should of sticked with that rule. I had the pepper chicken and orange chicken with fried rice. The rice was warm on the border with cold and the grains were hard and under cooked with really no flavor what so ever. The pepper chicken was a little warmer then room temperature and the cracked pepper drowned out the chicken flavor. The orange chicken was hot but when I bit into each piece, grease flowed out and gave it a odd and not very pleasing flavor. The store was clean except for a few dirty tables. The staff seemed preoccupied with themselves to notice another customer standing there for a while before he had to say something to get service. The tables are fixed so if you have more then 4 people with you, you’ll have to sit at desperate tables. I was disappointed because it had come recommended. Probably will not come back.

This Panda location has the best orange chicken and Sweet Fire chicken. Both are always fresh and crispy consistently. Also, the chow mein noodles aren’t filled with vegetables like other locations, they’re evenly balanced. Compared to the NorthPark location, this one is far better! Worth a visit!

Well I hit this place up about a 2 weeks or so ago on a late night whim. We needed to eat so I made a leap with this never before eaten venue. I ended up going with the a plate of Teriyaki chicken, surf and turf, fried rice and veggies. I liked that they had smart options and VEGGIES! Gotta have my veggies! I have been like three times since just to give you an idea of how much I like it. Of course, I have gotten the same thing every darn time. I don’t mess with goodness. Not trying to lose on a «let’s try something new» attitude. Nevertheless, I just find it to be a decent fast food option particularly because of the veggies and the upfront nutritional info although I am sure sodium could be a problem. Win some, lose some. I’ll take it!
Service is decent enough. Not a sore eye but not a winner either.

It wouldn’t let me rate it zero stars. This place is awful. I cant even think of anything good to say about it. First off, I’ve spend 25 minutes in the drive thru one time, on a good day, maybe 15 minutes. And when I do get the food it’s always warm like it had been there a while. Their sodas are water down or something, all I know is they taste funny. The customer service is the worst! They never say hello, they just hold their hand out for your money and they sound/​look like they don’t want to be there. I’ve given it several tries, but I’m done. I will not be going here anymore. Even the mall version is better.

Bumping to 2 stars. I was really happy with the way they treated the incident. The manager called me back the same day then the second day someone from corporate called. They were very apologetic, offered a refund and then mailed me a couple of meal cards. It did take almost a week to refund the money (why does it take 5 seconds for money to come out of your account but a full week to put it back in?) but I already have received the meal tickets. Good handling of a bad situation Panda corp.

everytime i go here it makes me happy. i didnt realize i loved orange chicken until i went here.
me and ang were out shopping the other day, and bought nothing, and we were ravenous and i suggested panda express, she had never been
happily we be bop in and i explain to her how the whole thing works. i got something normal like steamed rice, cause im fat, and black pepper chicken. since ang doesnt eat dead animals she got tangy shrimp, blech and lo mein noodles. my fav!
we sat down to eat and always the tables are clean as is the floor… there are never napkins strewn about and the drink area is always clean.
ang enjoyed her weird shrimp dish that was ladened with green peppers, guaranteed to wack up everyones stomach and of course my black pepper chicken was fantastic.
we will return. oh yes, we will return!
