Called for directions, call was answered promptly and with a friendly voice, excellent directions (for some reason my phone would not recognize the address). Walked in the store, was greeted by an woman who proceeded to help me with my prepaid order. I was in and out in less than a minute. Staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Will definitely be going here again.
UPDATE: I have used this place many times and no matter the staff, they are always excellent, even if there’s a line. They recognize that you have entered the store and welcome you and let you know they will be with you shortly. They really make you feel like a valued customer. Fed Ex should have these people train other locations!
